Hola a todos, comensando la semana, en la playa, hasta el dia de hoy , entonces planeando lo que seria el almuerzo, bueno siempre es bueno improvisar, como en este caso, de una manera muy sabrosa como el de preparar un matanbrito a la pizza, cocinado en el horno electrico, como el que se ve en esta foto.
Para empesar tomamos la carne o sea el matanbrito, el cual en este caso lo cortamos en dos porciones, porque el mismo es un poco grande, tambien una tira de asado y dos morcillas, todos colocados en bandejas y los condimentamos bien.
Estando todo condimentado lo llevamos al horno electrico, a una temperatura media, para que se cocine despacio, teniendo en cuenta que asi sale mas jugoso, luego lo damos vuelta, lo sacamos.
Cuando lo quitamos del horno, le agregamos la salsa, como se ve en la foto, volvemos a introducirlo y cuando esta un poco cocinado, lo volvemos a sacar.
Para agregar el queso, el cual lo cortamos en tiras y lo colocamos como se ve en la foto, que despues de esto lo introducimos otra ves en dicho horno para que se termine de cocinar el queso y listo.
Lo siguiente es preparar la ensalada, como se ve en la foto, pelamos y cortamos la papa, en daditos, lo ponemos a hervir, cuando esta quitamos del fuego, lo colamos y luego le agregamos huevo duro, mayones y sal a gusto, de esa forma ya tenemos la ensalada.
Estando todo preparado y cocinado comenzamos a degustar, la morcilla, la ensalada y el matanbrito, la verdad es muy facil de preparar y por supuesto sale exquisito.
Es una comida muy exquisita y ideal para esta ocacion, porque para su preparacion no necesita mucho cuidado, solamente estar atento hasta que se cocine bien todo, para despues disfrutar en un sabroso almuerzo.

When we remove it from the oven, we add the sauce, as shown in the photo, we reintroduce it and when it is a little cooked, we take it out again.
To add the cheese, which we cut into strips and place it as shown in the photo, which after this we introduce it again in the oven to finish cooking the cheese and ready.
The next thing is to prepare the salad, as shown in the photo, peel and cut the potato into cubes, put it to boil, when this remove from heat, strain it and then add hard boiled egg, mayonnaise and salt to taste, that way we already have the salad.
Once everything is prepared and cooked, we begin to taste the blood sausage, the salad and the matanbrito, the truth is very easy to prepare and of course it is delicious.

It is a very exquisite meal and ideal for this occasion, because for its preparation does not need much care, just be attentive until everything is cooked well, and then enjoy a tasty lunch.
