Compartiendo una Deliciosa Torta de Vainilla [ESP/ENG]

Feliz Martes para todos

Hoy es un día, donde en casa de mi mamá comúnmente compartimos un café con leche en familia y la mayoría de las veces va acompañado de unas galletas, pan dulce o con la clásica torta de vainilla, que es mi favorita, y como todos los martes, éste no fue la excepción, para lo cual me pidieron que yo realizara una torta de vainilla para compartir.

Aprovechando la ocasión, les quiero dejar esta fácil, rápida y sencilla receta, que les puede servir para cualquier ocasión y no necesitas tantas cosas.

Los ingredientes son los siguientes:

  • 400gr de Mantequilla
  • 900gr de Azúcar
  • 6 Huevos
  • 900gr de Harina de Trigo Leudante
  • 1/2 Lt. de Leche Completa
  • 1 cucharada de Vainilla
  • Ralladura de un Limón

Para la preparación puedes utilizar una batidora o una paleta de madera, como te vaya mejor, yo suelo realizar todo con la paleta, lo primero que se debe hacer es integrar los 400gr de mantequilla con los 900gr de Azúcar, luego separas las yemas de las claras de huevo y agregas las yemas a la mezcla anterior una a una, luego agregas la harina de trigo leudante (en caso de no ser leudante puedes agregar una cucharadita de polvo de hornear a la mezcla) y por ultimo agregas poco a poco la leche, cuando la mezcla esté homogénea, colocas la vainilla y la ralladura de limón.

Posteriormente batir a punto de nieve las claras de huevos con ayuda de una batidora, una vez en el punto, agregarlas a la mezcla anterior de manera envolvente (en caso de no tener batidora, pueden omitir este paso, integrando los huevos en su totalidad a la mezcla de mantequilla y azúcar, de esta manera también les quedara muy bien, a mi me gusta hacer este ultimo paso, porque queda más esponjosa)

Luego precalentar el Horno, enmantequillar y enharinar el molde o tortera (esta receta es para una tortera grande, si tu tortera es pequeña, utiliza la mitad de las cantidades indicadas) y una vez este listo el molde, verter la mezcla en él y llevar al horno por aproximadamente 1 hora o hasta que al introducir un palillo en el centro éste salga completamente limpio, dejar reposar y desmoldar.

Today is a day, where at my mom's house we usually share a coffee with milk as a family, and most of the time it is accompanied by cookies, sweet bread, or with the classic vanilla cake, which is my favorite, and like every Tuesday, this was no exception, for which I was asked to make a vanilla cake to share.

Taking advantage of the occasion, I want to leave you this easy, quick, and simple recipe, which can be useful for any occasion and you don't need so many things.

The ingredients are the following:

  • 400gr of butter
  • 900gr of sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 900 gr. Leavening Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 Lt. of Whole Milk
  • 1 spoonful of Vanilla
  • Grated zest of one lemon

For the preparation you can use a mixer or a wooden paddle, as you prefer, I usually do everything with the paddle, the first thing to do is to integrate the 400gr of butter with the 900gr of sugar, then separate the yolks from the egg whites and add the yolks to the previous mixture one by one, then add the leavening flour (if it is not leavening flour you can add a teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture) and finally add the milk little by little, when the mixture is homogeneous, add the vanilla and the lemon zest.

Then beat the egg whites until stiff peaks with the help of a mixer, once at the point, add them to the previous mixture in an enveloping way (if you do not have a mixer, you can skip this step, integrating the eggs in its entirety to the mixture of butter and sugar, this way it will also be very good, I like to do this last step, because it is more fluffy).

Then preheat the oven, butter, and flour the mold or pan (this recipe is for a large pan, if your pan is small, use half the quantities indicated) and once the mold is ready, pour the mixture into it and bake for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out completely clean, let stand and unmold.
