Muy probablemente este sea mi último post del año 2021, por lo que decidí hacer una recopilación de algunas de las fotos en blanco y negro que he publicado este año. Hace unos días mostré una selección de fotografías de abstractos arquitectónicos que compartí en mi blog durante este año. A diferencia de este, las que estoy mostrando aquí son de temática mas general, el denominador común de las imágenes es que están en formato monocromático.

It is very likely that this will be my last post in 2021, so I decided to share some images in black and white that I published this year and liked them a lot. The present publication complements a previous post, where I showed some abstract photos, however the photos that I am sharing here do not have a common theme, besides the black and white format.

La primera imagen es la de la cúpula principal en la entrada del Palacio Imperial de Viena (Hofburg). Me gusta mucho esta imagen. La segunda corresponde a un corredor con ventanas alargadas y finas, de manera tal que la luz entrante por ellas se refleja en el piso. La tercera no requiere mayor explicación. Y la cuarta imagen es un interesante patrón de sombras de una reja.

The first image is the dome of the dome the Imperial Palace of Vienna (Hofburg), I like very much this photo. The second was taken a corridor having thin and long windows so that the incoming
light is reflected on the floor. The third image does not need too much explanation. The fourth photo is an interesting pattern of shadows of a fence.

La quinta y sexta imágenes son de un grupo de hojas, donde la textura juega un papel importante en la composición.
La séptima imagen es bien interesante. ¿Adivinan qué es? Son cubos que están flotando en una pecera.

The fifth and sixth images corresponds to some leaves, in which the textures play a fundamental role in the composition of the images.The seventh image is quite interesting. Do you guess what is it? They are cubes floating in a pool/aquarium.

En la octava imagen pueden ver una decoración inusual de un restaurante, donde hay libros pegados en el techo. La novena imagen también muestra un interesante patrón de sombras.

In the eight image you can see an unusual decoration of a restaurant, where books are glued to the ceiling. The ninth imagen also shows an interesting pattern of shadows.
