Durante los últimos años de mi vida me he dedicado a estudiar profundamente los temas relativos a la conducta humana. Desde la perspectiva del coaching he ido adentrándome en este interesante tema, con una evolución natural hacia la fusión de la neurociencia con el liderazgo. Un tema concurrente en los seres humanos es el proceso para la toma de decisiones, los investigadores han planteado diversos enfoques sobre el tan complicado proceso. Sin caer en el simplismo considero que vivir es decidir.
Desde el momento que empezamos a tener consciencia de la vida, el ser humano se encuentra a cada instante en pequeñas encrucijadas, no de dos vías como lo muestran los memes, sino en una encrucijada con millones de opciones, con diferencias muy sutiles, casi imperceptibles para el ojo humano, pero que nos llevan a transitar caminos diferentes y a resultados distintos del que previamente nos habíamos construido en nuestra mente.
During the last few years of my life I have dedicated myself to the deep study of human behavior. From the perspective of coaching I have been delving into this interesting topic, with a natural evolution towards the fusion of neuroscience and leadership. A concurrent theme in human beings is the process of decision making, researchers have proposed various approaches to this complicated process. Without being simplistic, I believe that living is deciding.
From the moment we begin to be aware of life, the human being is at every moment in small crossroads, not two-way as shown in memes, but in a crossroads with millions of options, with very subtle differences, almost imperceptible to the human eye, but that lead us to travel different paths and different results from the one we had previously built in our mind.
