Hola mis amigos! hoy decidi dar un pequeño paseo con mi esposa por la naturaleza, esta zona es muy bonita porque hay un gran camino que nos conduce a un conjunto de cuevas, tienen miles de años y se cree que aqui aparecio una imagen religiosa convirtiendola en un lugar natural y sagrado al mismo tiempo! cuando conducimos por Setubal a veces paramos para ver como esta el oceano, el atlantico puede ser muy calmado y cristalino pero en invierno es bastante turbio y salvaje!🚙🚩🌍

Hello my friends! Today I decided to take a short walk with my wife through nature. This area is very beautiful because there is a long path that leads us to a set of caves, they are thousands of years old and it is believed that a religious image appeared here, turning it into a natural place. and sacred at the same time! when we drive through Setubal sometimes we stop to see how the ocean is, the atlantic can be very calm and crystal clear but in winter it is quite murky and wild!🌄🌳🌅

Estabamos necesitando un paseo urgentemente, estas semanas han sido de locura mucho trabajo y bastantes proyectos que hemos estado cumpliendo con nuestra casa, no he tenido casi tiempo para practicar actividades fisicas ademas el clima no nos colabora, imaginate que salimos con el miedo que podia llover pero corrimos con la suerte de disfrutar el dia sin mojarnos, cuando sentimos que hay mucha presion en nuestro hogar damos siempre un pequeño paseo por Setubal que es "el pulmon" de la zona sur de Portugal!🌄🚩🚙
We were in urgent need of a walk, these weeks have been crazy, a lot of work and quite a few projects that we have been carrying out with our house, I have hardly had time to practice physical activities, and the weather is not helping us, imagine that we went out with the fear that it could rain but we were lucky enough to enjoy the day without getting wet, when we feel that there is a lot of pressure in our home we always take a short walk through Setubal, which is "the lung" of the south of Portugal!🐟🌊🌍
Creo que desde que paso diciembre la unica actividad que hice al aire libre fue una parrillada en familia y amigos, de resto no he podido realizar muchas caminatas ni senderos por lo que ya mi cuerpo estaba pidiendo caminar un poco, ahora en marzo y abril el frio desaparece y vienen cosas mejores! tengo varios proyectos para esos meses incluyendo visitar españa🌍🧭
I think that since December passed, the only activity I did outdoors was a barbecue with family and friends, otherwise I have not been able to do many walks or trails, so my body was already asking for a little walk, now in March and April the cold disappears and better things come! I have several projects for those months including visiting Spain🌍
Cada vez que visito esta reserva natural trato de fotografiar la mayor cantidad de flores y plantas exoticas, Setubal esta lleno de biodiversidad podemos encontrar de todo un poco, la primera vez que visite este lugar fue en el 2019 y quede encantado con la belleza de la arrabida, muchos vienen aqui a realizar senderos o pescar, esta zona es bastante buena para la pesca pero creo que esta prohibido!🌅🌊
Every time I visit this nature reserve I try to photograph the largest number of exotic flowers and plants, Setubal is full of biodiversity we can find a little bit of everything, the first time I visited this place was in 2019 and I was delighted with the beauty of the arrabida, many come here to walk trails or fish, this area is quite good for fishing but I think it is prohibited!🦋🐦🐟

Esta zona es bastante interesante biologicamente, porque las estaciones de lluvia y sequia son muy prolongadas, si no sabias Portugal es el pais de Europa con mas dias de sol, los inviernos son frios pero no llegamos al punto de congelacion y el verano es terriblemente caliente, por lo que vemos en una misma area especies de plantas de zonas humedas como musgos y liquenes y luego algunos cactus y suculentas!💚🌄🌳
This area is quite interesting biologically, because the rainy and dry seasons are very long, if you didn't know Portugal is the country in Europe with the most sunny days, winters are cold but we don't reach the freezing point and summer is terribly hot , so we see in the same area plant species from humid areas such as mosses and lichens and then some cacti and succulents!🌷🌼🌻🌺

Primera vez que visitamos la costa y vemos la marea tan agitada ni parece el mismo sitio que frecuentamos a visitar agua cristalina y transparente, hoy habian muchas olas a golpear las rocas y bastante viento, imagino que es producto de las lluvias, hay quienes aprovechan este clima para pescar dicen que es bueno! mientras caminabamos por aqui fuimos muy cautelosos porque es bastante peligroso🤩🤩
The first time we visited the coast and we see the tide so agitated, it doesn't seem like the same place we frequent to visit crystalline and transparent water, today there were many waves hitting the rocks and quite a bit of wind, I imagine it is a product of the rains, there are those who take advantage of this weather for fishing they say it's good! while we were walking here we were very cautious because it is quite dangerous😅😅

Siempre pensamos que las cuevas son espacios huecos entre "montañas" y que adentro no conseguimos mucha biodiversidad, pero te equivocas las cuevas como esta de aqui tienen toda una cadena trofica, conseguimos desde peces depredadores hasta insectos, arañas y una gran variedad de plantas y musgos! hay formaciones rocosas que demoran mas de mil años para crecer unos pocos centimetros!😁😁
We always think that caves are hollow spaces between "mountains" and that we don't get much biodiversity inside, but you're wrong, caves like this one here have a whole trophic chain, we get everything from predatory fish to insects, spiders and a wide variety of plants and mosses! There are rock formations that take more than a thousand years to grow a few centimeters!👨🏫👨🎓
