HOMELET DE HUEVO, PARA EL DESAYUNO-----EGG HOMELET, FOR BREAKFAST

Buenos días a todos, a veces existe maneras de desayunar que son excelentes, en las que nos sentimos mas seguros de que la misma, nos hará bien, bueno por ejemplo el homelet de huevo es uno de ellos, dicho desayuno es muy fácil de prepararlo, tomamos un volts. al que agregamos, la cantidad de huevos que queremos que sea dicho homelet, le agregamos un poco de leche y batimos todo muy bien , luego tomamos una sarten a la que vertemos un poco de aceite. y cuando calienta un poco le vertemos el batido de huevo, por supuesto que el fuego de la cocina tiene que estar a media, de esa manera comienza a cocinarse dicho homelet al que comparo con una tortilla.

Cuando notamos que la misma esta cocinada, la damos vuelta en la misma sarten, para que se termine de cocinar, cuando dicha tortilla esta, le agregamos un plato a la sarten y damos vuelta la misma, de esa forma la tortilla queda en el plato y la acompañamos en este caso con pan casero como se ve en la foto, así luego desayunamos degustando este sabroso desayuno.
