Hive Sucre more than doubles previous ATH with #hivesummit

I suspect this last week will be an outlier for quite a while. On week 43, many of the Hive Sucre community had been in the capitol city for Caracas Blockchain Week, and we got what was a relatively poor week of transfers as a result. However just following it was the #hivesummit on week 44, an event held in Cumaná which attracted Hivers from across the country and even one visiting from the UK. As a result, the spending at merchants accepting HBD quadrupled from the previous week, and beat the previous ATH by more than double.

The first chart might be looked at as a measure of Venezuelan hospitality when someone visits their HBD holiday hotels. ;))

In this statistics are you counting with 380 HBD transferred from DHF to pay ecomochima tour?

These transactions to @ecomochima are included, which I assume are what you're talking about, though they don't come directly from the DHF.

Not directly but indirectly, through sucrewallet

I'm assuming that you are collecting data to have an historical how hivesucre's business accepting HBD flow, which is great. What I mean is, it's not clear to me if all transactions are consumer>business or some are DHF financed.

Here's probably a better way to visualize it. Red is sucrewallet and hivesucre. The blue is all other accounts (excluding exchange accounts).

Oh boy... Without certainty, as is obvious, I think you have to look at all sucrewallet out transfers except to exchanges because at first view what it looks (I can't confirm) is that they transfer to individual accounts that after are using that HBD for purchases at business accepting HBD.
Anyway, I think your data is very useful to document the evolution of this circular economy inside Hive.

Here is the data with hivesucre and sucrewallet excluded.

I did a simple analysis last year , and its really great how huge the HIVE community in Venezuala was and is. I love what @marylucy (I think she is from Nueva Esparta) did for my fiction by providing me with amazing artwork. But on the other hand, I'm still a tiny bit disapointed that the "Dominican" HIVE community doesn't actualy seem to exist "at all". The contrast between these two latin american countries is beyond insane.

So much Positivity that lies in hive and this is just the beginning

It sounds like the #hivesummit was a huge success! I'm glad to hear that spending at merchants accepting HBD quadrupled from the previous week, and beat the previous ATH by more than double. This is a great sign for the adoption of HBD as a currency in sucre
