I blame it on the ease of this user interface. among other things but this one in particular. Hive is too complicated to handle for the average person. What we have now is for above average intelligence. Those who have problems with short attention span will suffer and quit before they get started.
When onboarding people to a work site, we don't just hand them the tools and tell them to get to work at this or that. we have to get to know them first. See what they have been used too. Ecency is the second to easiest front end apart from dbuzz. I suggest start every new user there and if they seek more they will find it on their own... if they don't ask around...
Every other front end is more for advanced users.
Cashing out should be made more simple too for the average Simpson character. Even the average joe still don't know how to cash thwir checks at a bank, and we expect them to get a handle on this platform. asking for a miracle honestly.
My opinion, we should make this more user friendly for the old and young.
