I read your post about your artisan wine in the translator (I don't read in Polish), and I found it detailed and interesting, and above all, inspiring (it also gives me a bit of envidia😆).
I usually make fruit wine. Wine made of passion fruit mostly, and it is very tasty and we finish it very quickly. I make it for my family's consumption and it's an activity I enjoy a lot. Your wine looks professional.
