RE: Is One the Lonliest Number?

That is so sweet! It is those surprise gifts that keep giving that are so precious. I hope you have a few that you will pass to your kids (if they move in the future, I believe you said) I can only imagine them finding them in another land twenty years from now, what a delight that would be. :)

Oh, there I go dreaming again! :)

Yes, one of the reasons I stepped back from the holiday serving is that there are too many people there (can you believe, what a problem to have!) and during the year, always short, so it matters not to me when, as long as the need is filled. Nobody should have to go to bed hungry, especially those too young and old to provide for themselves.

Love to you and yours, Joan ❤️ @joanstewart

There was a craze at one time with "Pet Rocks" being sold from stores, so when we went to the mountains it made sense to bring the pebbles back and buy some oil paints. Definitely turned out to be a gift that keep giving 😉, had about six children paint and place them, now quite a few scattered in unusual places.

At festive season younger people appear to come out to assist, old stalwarts always there throughout the year either cooking, feeding or collecting groceries. Agree too many go hungry!

Have yourself a little break and enjoy the time to be with family and friends Denise, your countdown to Christmas well on it's way once again.
