I loved The Pitt. I used to watch ER so Dr Carter as an older doctor in the Pitt was a compelling enough reason to watch it. I'm really sucked into medical dramas at the moment - fasciotimoy, anyone?😂
I have never heard of ashwagandwa before. I just looked it up and sounds like something worth trying out.
We watched the first 4 episodes last night. Like you, we used to watch ER and it was interesting seeing him play the Doc in charge this time.
I think might be good for you. It's certainly good for anxiety, stress, sleep. I take an ashwagandwa with B5 and lemon balm and it helps me a lot. It has a bit of a cumulative effect as well so most people start really feeling it in a month or two.
