Merrells are my go-to for medium weight boots as they're more pliable than the military/duty oriented 5.11's. There's a use case for each though.
I used a climb trees a lot you know, but fell out once, hurt every branch on the way down, mostly with my face, and now...well, the resulting damage hasn't left me with a pleasing visage. So, now. I don't climb trees much. 😂
I wrote a post about the tree incident. It was rather amusing.
Shit, I have never fallen, so touch wood it never happens. I understand the lack of desire to climb then.
