RE: An Open Idea: Linking HBD Interest Rates to Staked Hive Power

I do like the idea of more incentives for HP holders but I worry about :

1. Overcomplicating a misunderstood and underutilized thing
2. The rise of centralizing services that take a % of the HBD interest for users that don't want to stake HP.

Voted and reshared though, hopefully it triggers some good discussion
