Hello friends and fans of D.Buzz,
The world is a forever-shifting and changing ecosystem. We are all part of this ecosystem. As the world shifts and changes, as time marches on, so does our individual directions and desires. To better meet these shifting destinations, change sometimes is inevitable, and we have to realign what we want.
Today, we want to share with you updates about D.Buzz, and how it is realigned to meet the needs of our community.
The Big News: D.Buzz is under new management. 🎉
Today, our management structure has shifted, as we have to bid farewell to an old friend.
@chrisrice has moved on from D.Buzz to pursue other projects, and spend more time with his family. @chrisrice has been the manager of D.Buzz since its inception. While we are sad to see him depart, we are happy that he is going to be pursuing endeavors that bring him happiness, and enjoy more time with his loved ones. Safe travel and see you down the road Chris. Be Well :) 💖
The new active manager for D.Buzz will be @jacuzzi.
@jacuzzi has been working as the main content developer on D.Buzz, since the launch of the project. In addition to this, he has been assisting/leading various management responsibilities and duties already, making him an ideal candidate as he understands the project and its history.
@jacuzzi holds a BFA in computer animation. He worked in the film industry as a special effects artist, and in a video game company doing concept art and 3D animation. After this, he opened and ran an actual factual circus and entertainment production company for 10 years. Upon selling this business, he relocated to Vietnam to pursue creative projects, such as D.Buzz.
@jacuzzi aims to continue upholding the values that D.Buzz holds close, such as freedom of speech, while working towards increasing internal organization and efficiency, to meet the ever-growing needs and challenges of the community. Additional update news:
One of our senior developers who worked with us initially - but had to take time off - has returned to the team! 🎉🎉 This is great news. Being a senior developer, and having previous experience with Hive code, he understands the project fairly well.
We anticipate having him back on the team will expedite various aspects of our development, and allow us to better serve our community.

Thank you for the well-wishes @frankbacon! also that's a pretty groovy picture of a human brain. I ran a sideshow for little and collected oddities from around the world, and one point I had a screaming mommy. Really fascinating story with those things.
