The life that we all are living is obviously going to be having a lot of things which are not going to be under our own control and apart from that the lifestyle which we have developed in the recent few years has gone digital quite a lot and it becomes extremely difficult to stay away from it because now and then there is a notification that is going to be popping up in our notification panel and it is obviously going to be very hard to find our phone not buzzing every then which is obviously going to be something that seems to be a big issue after a little while.
We are just now a part of such a big system, which is going to be completely limited to digital influence and having to just be connected, as now got us into a particular situation where we are increasingly just getting more and more influenced digitally and getting involved in it as well. All of this has now made us feel the importance of quietness and steer a way from these relentless distractions that we are subjected to.
Every single second that we are spending is going to be demanding attention from us in terms of the devices that we are having because it is always going to be having something to serve to us which can be in terms of notifications or a new content that we have to be checking out which has been uploaded by someone that we follow or someone is calling us or someone is texting us and these particular things are something which are always going to be happening every now in then and it is nearly impossible from them.
All of this raises many questions around the fact that if we can ever find some time when we can be completely quiet and staying away from all of this constant buzzing which is actually in reality quite possible and at the same time it is always going to be under our own control because it doesn't mean that we have to be turning off our devices and have to be just going off from them but it is much more important to be willingly aware of the fact that what is happening around us and also be able to set boundaries which are going to be necessary for us.
We need to understand the fact that the environment which were involved in under things that are happening are actually something which are making it much more difficult for us to focus on the things that we should actually be focusing upon and the amount of destructions that we are surrounded with is really huge which is something that we should be trying to control and also set boundaries to be just using them as per the need of us and not over using them.
One of the biggest factors why we are not able to concentrate and focus in the real life scenarios in the present is because we are having a lot of devices and everything single one of them is design to be just distracting us because all of them are having one objective that is to be just somehow catch our attention and gather it and just maintain that attention on the things that day have to serve us which is actually happening in very decent manners well and we are not able to just leave them.
Along with that, there are a lot of such things that are actually providing us data and information, and sometimes it is becoming a lot of information at once, which is actually creating information overload for us because we now have much more information than what we actually need, and in the end, it is going to create a situation.
There was a time in the past when people used to be actually trying to think about a lot of things in their life which is actually going to make them feel a lot more in the creative aspect which has now got completely revamped and converted into something where people are always looking forward towards something that is going to be helping them kill their boredom to a very big extent.
Now that the mentality has shifted we are always looking forward towards short content or even something which is actually going to be getting us hooked to them which has just made us go away from that moment of quietness and deep thinking and the tolerance for boredom has decreased quite a lot which is something that is concerning and has made us have that particular feeling of constantly checking our devices along with that the fear of missing out of anything that is happening has filled us up with a lot of anxiety which is something that is always going to be wondering in our mind and that also pushes us to keep checking our devices.
One of the biggest things that we don't realize as the fact that there is a very big cause that we are paying just because of these destructions which we are allowing them to utilise them for us as we are losing out on a lot of productivity and we are not able to focus just because of these interruptions that we are having along with the fact that we are always filled up with a lot of stress and excite because of the culture that we have developed and that is also pushing a lot of mental fatigue in us.
Our creativity factor is also something that is taking a huge heat because we are constantly thinking about something else and we are never able to focus on anything and that is why we are always struggling to be thinking creatively and there is also a particular feeling with an us which is going to be never helping us to be fully present in the moment which is really a very bad thing.
One of the strategy is that we should be trying to implement to be getting awesome away from the distractions is obviously going to be starting with actually managing the notifications that we are receiving and to do that we just have to be checking the applications that we are using and minimising the things that we are never going to be needing and later on we should try to have a lot of things done such as to clean up the space where we are working as it is often very cluttered and that can be having a very big impact on or mental self and having it clean and organised can be surely a really big gamechanger.
We have to be trying to build habit of single tasking and making sure that we are just trying to do one thing at a time and never getting ourselves involved in multiple things all at once because it is going to be maximizing the productivity quite a lot even if it seems to be very tempting to just try multi tasking but we should be actually Giving more efforts towards prioritizing things at once and also apart from that we should be building digital boundaries when we are going to be having certain times of the day when we are never going to be touching any kind of device and just saying away from every Technology device that we have for a while.
We can never deny the fact that the world that we are living in is something that is not going to have destructions and Technology is one of the biggest factors that is contributing to the distractions that we have in our life but at the same time all of those things I never going to be stopping and to make sure that it is not going to be impacting us to a certain level is going to be only done if we are taking the necessary actions that are needed and we have to be making our environment quiet because it is not going to be happening on its own and all it will need is going to be discipline from our side.
