Skills are always going to be one of the most fundamental aspects in our life because they are going to be giving us the things that I need it to be surviving and making our way through all of the things that we are facing an experience in our life as well along with the fact that it is also going to be giving us the things that we are going to be requiring to be figuring out our way from a particular problem.

The emphasis that is there on learning new skills today is something that surely is very big and you would find many such things that is going to be promoting towards learning new skills and gaining them as something that they are going to be life changing for us which is why we are going to be looking forward towards many such courses and many other things as well that is going to be trying to make us learn new skills.

And in the middle of all of this that have been a lot of skills that are there to be learnt and many of them obviously going to be very much useful for us in our life but at the same time some of them are surely not going to be worth it but at the same time it is something that is been looked upon as something very important which makes it quite overrated by the end of it.

If you think about one of the most popular skills that is very much wanted in many people and you would obviously find people that they are willing to be making that a part of their lifetime then it is definitely going to be of multitasking with surely is very much overrated as it is obviously going to be much more like a cultural trend where other than actually something that can be helpful for us in most of the times.

In the modern world, multitasking is something that looks like a particular superpower that people can have within themselves, and in many places you would definitely find that it is obviously going to be a particular thing that is necessary to be having within your ownself and it is also something that gets glorified quite a lot when people can actually make it a reality in themselves.

But if you think about it then it is actually impossible to be doing multiple things at once because even Science as prove in the fan that we can't be implementing our brain at the same time in two different things which is definitely going to be asking for the same kind of attention from us but what we actually end up doing it to just keep switching between multiple things and that is what we do call as multitasking and that definitely is not going to be a particular thing that will be good for us but it is surely going to be creating a very nice Illusion of doing more than one thing at once.

Every single time that we are switching to a new transgor the other task as we are doing it simultaneously with something else we are actually giving our brain a little bit of time that it is going to be taking to be regaining that same sound of attention to that particular task and it is something that keeps on happening which is definitely going to be putting a lot of strain on the performance that we are actually doing and the potential that we have within ourself if we did put our focus on one single thing completely at once which would have definitely even us much more productive output.

The culture that we have developed today is definitely going to be promoting multitasking ask something that it is going to be extremely important but at the same time it is obviously going to be a big reason why our quality of efforts is definitely in going to be degrading along with the fact that we are also going to be coming across a lot more stress if we are trying to achieve a desired outcome At Once by multiple things at once which is going to be taking a massive hit on the focus that we can actually achieve.

Multitasking definitely takes a told on our mental health as well because it is going to be putting an additional amount of pressure on us and that is ending up with a lot of fatigue within ourself which is something that we don't really realise but by the end of the day we are actually going to be feeling it and even not able to realise what was I will reason the same time it is going to be our environment with in multitasking which depleted or attention span and made a lot of impact on or mental aspect in a very deep way.

Multitasking is obviously question be a very overrated skill that exist in the modern world which is actually having no real benefits of surely a lot of disadvantages that it can definitely provide but at the same time there are a lot of skills the definitely should be given much more attention to and some of them are definitely going to be about trying to achieve maximum focus and doing one thing at a time which is going to be helping us to do that particular thing in a much better way which is also going to be boosting our mindfulness and prioritizing one thing at a time can surely give better results.
