Hab been part of da community fer a while and also as a mental health ambassador. It "Feels good man" to find those that could use help, and even moar so to help them out with sum free compliment and moar.
Started with just a few of us as a team and haz grown to around a dozen ambassadors. Lightening and sharing da load as well as moar eyes and free compliment gibbers.

With this we represent two big areas, physical health and mental health, although many times we separate them, the purpose is only for a better understanding and assimilation in the analysis. And with this I express that there can be no mental health if there is a dent in physical health and vice versa.
