The reality of today's generation is very bad or the worst.In fact, nowadays, everyone from the elderly to children is addicted to their phones, and even more so, many people are addicted to the YouTube Shorts deal. So, today we'd like to talk about them. I have something I want to say to them. A lot of people are addicted to phones and trains, and that is why they are very harmful for us. Basically, it is very harmful for our mind. Because while using the phone, how our mind stops functioning, and when we start thinking what, we ourselves do not know that. Well, a lot of people are addicted to it even more than Prince. Taking it to the washroom while cooking is a big deal. Walking on the road while looking at it is the reason for a lot of accidents. Accidents due to bike riding on railway tracks—all these things are very dangers for our life.

Nowadays, even small children are extremely addicted to their phones. They're also extremely addicted to YouTube Shorts. They won't eat without watching YouTube shorts or using their phones. This is extremely harmful for children because we're told that a child's brain up to three years old is like a plant. The more water you pour into it, the more it will grow. The more sunlight you give it, the more it will thrive. But if you take that plant and put it in a closed room with no oxygen, no sunlight, and no water, it will wither away. Children's minds work in a similar way. The type of activity you engage them in will determine their minds' function. If you engage children in activities like painting or cycling, their brains will become much sharper.But if you give a child a phone all day, telling them to look at the phone or watch YouTube Shorts, their brain will stop functioning. To the point where they won't be able to remember anything or do anything. Because of this, we've seen many children wear glasses even at a very young age. They can't remember anything. Their memory is very short. These are all reasons for children's memory loss.

And I've also seen middle-aged children getting very distracted. If we get a notification on our phone while studying, we get attracted to it. It distracts us from studying, so especially during study time, we shouldn't use the phone or keep it nearby. And if you're using a device, it's better not to update or upload anything other than study-related content to YouTube or Instagram. For you too, this distracts us from our studies. Many children don't remember much. Phones are also a reason for this, as we spend so much screen time. We spend so much screen time that our memory stops functioning. I, too, became very distracted during Covid.

I, too, became addicted to YouTube videos and videos. I watched them all day long, and even after COVID-19, I continued this trend. I would stay up all night until 3:00 a.m. getting ready for school by watching YouTube videos. Because of all this, I became extremely distracted from my studies. If I opened a book and read something, I couldn't understand it or remember it quickly, which caused me a lot of problems. But I improved all this by checking my phone. Gradually, I started feeling very anxious, wanting to check my phone. But I controlled myself, and now, everything is back on track. Many people have the habit of checking messages or watching YouTube videos as soon as they wake up. I should improve these things too, because I used to do the same. But I improved and started following my morning routine.I wake up in the morning, and instead of checking my phone, I do yoga or take a half-hour walk. Because of that, my mind feels refreshed. We should get into the habit of doing all these things. Checking your phone is okay for important things. Even for 10 minutes to pass some time, it's fine. But checking your phone regularly is a very bad thing.

And nowadays, even agents are rarely seen in parks and more often at home scrolling through their phones. So, I would like to say the same to them: go for a walk. Many people have pain in their feet. Many people have back pain, so instead of looking at their phones in the morning, they should go for a little jog. Do some morning routine, do yoga, and you will remain fit. Your mind will also remain fresh. Many people also suffer from stress, and this stress is also caused by looking at the phone too much because a lot of things start going on in our minds. Then this also happened to me. That also happened, so there is relief in these things too. There is relief from stress also. If you wake up in the morning and follow a morning routine instead of looking at the phone. Do yoga, all these things.

I want to say this lastly: instead of showing the phone to your children, you should do some activities. Because to the people in the media, I want to say that instead of looking at the phone early in the morning, you should do some exercise. Do something productive so that your brain does not get distracted from your studies and your mind remains peaceful. Do not take too much stress. Many people suffer from anxiety and depression and eye pain, back pain, and migraine problems; all these things can also happen. You should avoid three things. Using the phone is a good thing. In free time, 10 minutes or 20 minutes maximum marks half an hour, but walking for more time is harmful for you.
