A carpenter is a hardworking and skilled person in society. He makes various types of doors, windows, tables, chairs, cupboards and home furniture from wood. As simple as his work seems, it is actually as complex and artistic as it is. He instills both aesthetics and practicality in each piece of wood.
And just like that, today I met a carpenter whose day as a carpenter starts early in the morning. He takes measurements, cuts and shapes the wood, and uses tools like hammers, saws, planers, nails, screws, etc. to complete the work perfectly. The smell of wood, the sound of sawing, and the furniture he makes with his hands are like a kind of art.
Nowadays, the work of a carpenter is not just a livelihood, it is a kind of creativity. A good carpenter knows which wood should be used where, how to preserve wood, and how to create beautiful designs. Without their skills, our homes, offices, or shops would never be complete. However, with the advancement of technology, modernity has also come to woodworking—the use of electric cutting machines, laser measuring machines, and modern design software. Still, there is no alternative to skilled craftsmanship. Today, I saw them using all modern equipment to design, finish, etc., and skillfully demonstrate their handiwork skills with wood.
