Today's topic is Self-Discipline Matters More Than Motivation. Everyone wants a lot of success in their life. Everyone wants to fulfill their dreams. They need a meaning to live their life. But often people keep relying on things. Motivation is something that will give you a temporary boost. It will give you a temporary thing, but the one that is permanent is self-defense discipline. If you start with motivation, let's say, after 10 days your motivation ends, then what will you do after that? You have that self-discipline, which will keep you doing your work and will help you move forward in your life. Discipline is very important. In today's time, you will see that all the people who are big in everything are very disciplined people. They follow their routine.

A big problem with motivation is that it is not a stable thing. It is an emotional thing. It will excite you at a certain point of time and will give you an energetic mode that says, "Yes, I can do this thing." I will definitely do it, like if someone goes to the gym and pays the gym fees. This means pure motivation—that I will go to the gym every day—but gradually he starts not feeling like going. He says that I do not feel like going today, and then after doing this, one day he will say that I do not feel like going now, and this happens with everyone. This does not happen with just one person. It happens with everyone that motivation comes and we start that thing, but after that we do not do it at all, but the motivation.
Discipline is a game-changer. The simplest meaning of the certificate is that whether you like it or not, your body has to support you. You have to complete that task. No matter how much struggle you have to go through for it. No matter how much you do. Suppose you have come after completing a 12-15 hour shift. Since you have travelled a long distance and still go to the gym and keep your gym consistent, then you have to tell him. Discipline and a disciplined person are very quality things. "Very" means in today's time, "very" means a lot of routing parts. He is stable and feels in control, which means today he is not in the mood to work out. But if I do it, then whatever I do, this is what makes a person disciplined.
What's the difference between motivation and discipline? Motivation works on the basis that if I'm not in the mood to go today, I won't go. I won't go at any cost. I'll go to the gym, but discipline is the decision-making process. If I say I'll go to the gym every day for a month, I'll definitely go. The other is short-term motivation. You might ask for a temporary solution, but discipline is a long-term thing. You're reminded every day to do something. It's a motivational, emotional thing, and it's very emotional. But display is a very practical thing. It's very practical. Motivational gives you an energetic start. You'll feel like going every day. You'll be consistent in that thing. But discipline requires a lot of consistency. Consistency keeps you understanding why you have to go every day. Motivation is more stable.

Building self-discipline is also a very difficult task, but it comes in small steps: Start building habits. Study for 10-15 minutes every day, work, read, and develop a habit. Follow a routine. Always make a timetable for yourself every day and stick to it. And whenever you are going to do important work or are doing it, then keep your phone silent at that time. Limit social media and keep your study corner or the place where you work very far away so that the distractions like phones and all these things remain separate. It is very important to be supportive of it. No one is perfect in today's time. But whatever happens, accept it as consistent. You will succeed once. You will fail twice, but it cannot happen that you fail the third time.
Long-term success in life never comes from motivation. It always comes from display, routing, and following daily habits. It comes from self-control. If you also want to achieve your dream, then do not depend on motivation. Work with discipline every day. Whatever work you have in your day, do it all. Discipline makes a person a mother. Discipline matters. More than motivation, discipline always gives you something good and always makes you a successful person.
