My Week on Hive
This week sure seemed to fly right by! I was so busy in my real life that I had a couple days I couldn't even get a post up. I have been striving to post something daily but on occasion life's demands have to be taken care of first...
For this year I made the goal to achieve 5K HP and I think I'm still on target to meet that organically. As of today I have 2,621 HP so with regular posting I hope to easily achieve the goal and hopefully surpass it significantly. I forgot to add in my total in last week, but I believe I added about 25 HP in the past week. Not too shabby for missing a couple days of posting!
My other big goal this year was to accumulate 50K PIMP tokens, on that front I am a little behind on my progress. So far I only have 13.5 K, so I'm going to have to double up my efforts on picking up some more to even have a chance to reach that goal! I'm hoping to be able to still pull it off!
I really like #PIMP token and I think it has a bright future. It's also the only token I'm aware of that is backed by physical silver. There is actual silver in the PIMP vault backing the token, so no matter what it will always be worth something. That can't be said for most projects!
One of my favorite subjects to cover is treasure hunting. Who doesn't love a good treasure hunt? There are lost treasures around the world just waiting to be found! I didn't have time this week to get that post up, but this week I will definitely get a good one up. And if you run across a treasure or someone else finds one I would love to hear about it! I'm still looking for the motherlode myself!
Today the only gold in the post will be the Splinterlands gold foil card that is one of the prizes for next week. Today it's the Chaos Knight, a pretty nice card that's up for grab as third prize!
I'm hoping to post daily this week, at least that is the goal. With a little figurative elbow grease I should pull it off. Wish me luck...
And to finish up, I used to do a daily re-blog lottery. This contest is not a re-blog lottery, so please read the entry instructions so you can have a valid entry and hopefully win a prize!

Choosing the winner
All entries will be placed on the Wheel of Names and I will spin it three times. The first prize will be 5 HSBI units. The second will be another 5 HSBI units. And the third will be for this card or one HSBI unit, your preference. And since I am spinning the same wheel three times in a row it is possible for the same person to win all three prizes! Although I have yet to see it happen, maybe this week?

You know, I haven't really played Splinterlands since CL. Honestly, I am probably going to sell all my cards and land when (if) the go up in the bull run like they did last time. The game has just lost the fun for me.

I'm with you on those three. Splinterlands isn't as much fun as it used to be. I mainly let bots play for me now because I already have the cards. I do hope the cards go back on up, but it means more players need to come in for that to happen and they aren't too keen on advertising it seems.

I have always been a gamer and found out about Hive through Splinterlands. After some time I heard about Wrestling Organization Online and was sold immediately. The fact that they are besides building a play2earn game, helping out (retired) wrestlers is awesome. Thus far their game is working and soon the rewards for playing should be live as well. My favorite project is $LEO, that is one of the few that I see really doing something that can prevail over time.
I like Leo too, just don't like the bugs on the frontend right now! I think it will do well over time as well, just keeping the long game in mind!

Yeah they prioritize add new features instead stability and that in my opinion is a mistake
currently my fav is dailydab, DBOND-DAB token. I am curious on how it will go later, because the concept is lame however currently it can run well

My favorite project on HIVE is, of course, Splinterlands. But other games like dCity, dCrops, Terracore, Golem Overlord are on top of my list also.

Hey there @thebighigg! Hmmmm.....my favorite project on Hive; well I'd have to say that there are two that I am actively involved in. One is Ladies of Hive where I've been a moderator from the beginning when it was conceived. It is a wonderful global sisterhood of ladies, (and yes guys can join too) who share together --life. I've learned about so many customs and cultures from around the world since it's beginning. There's a community weekly contest which all the moderators take turns in creating the questions and judging the contest. It's a wonderful community!
My other project is of course Actifit. I've been involved with them since 2018 as a moderator. Getting out there and moving is so important to one's health and this app definitely gets you motivated. There is such a global cross section, that you learn about beautiful places to hike both in your own country and in others. Also, just what activities folks do and of course, a bit of craziness now and again. It's lovely to build friendships with people from everywhere!

my favorite has to be Splinterlands so you're already there. I've been also playing Splinterforge and Golem Overlord. They're both continuously being developed and the developers are really engaged and trying to make something interesting. Hoping that they succeed.

My favorite project on Hive is currently @freecompliments because it really helps its members to develop with a foundation of benevolence and one of its focus areas is mental health. It's a field in which I've worked, and for which I still have an affinity even if I don't wish to contribute at the moment.
