The Seeds of Change: How My Career Shaped Me

So much time had passed that I was working in an ESL for the past 5 years and yet I only knew about speaking and talking in English while teaching students about the basic English.

It was fun and awesome since teaching kids about English on how to pronounce the correct letters, words, constructing sentences, and etc. was exciting.

Although, I am not a Major in English myself but I bring joy to the students for teaching the best of my ability and my knowledge. While there were students like the way I teach but there were also students doesn't like my teaching style.

Either way, it was fun but sometimes boring until I work in this corporate world where I could see my full potential up to this date. While seeing and realizing my full potential was awesome, I could see it myself that it was a big help for me since it's one of my forte and my work is also aligned to what I graduated.

Did my perspective changed?

My perspective changed a lot, I mean a lot have changed while working in this company and it grow bigger and bigger as I work here in the company that I work.

Lots of ideas that were came into my mind on how to handle things even if sometimes a little bit tricky on doing it but trying on man things make it possible to solve. It's like a growth to myself and like planting a seed and will eventually came out and grow that tiny little seed into a big and healthy tree.

While working, while employees gave and teach me something that I can use of like the knowledge and stuffs related to the work since I am new to this kind of environment.

I never imagined that my knowledge grew so much in just months while working in this corporate world and I am thankful to grab this one of a kind opportunity on working here.

Now, a new set of goals has been on my mind and there were many things that I can think of. Before, while working in an ESL, my goals were very narrow and only a few improvements to myself and my work is like the same each and every day that I cannot explore new things.

As much as I want, I like to explore new things that I will grow even if it's tiring and it's challenging but the fact that it will excite me on doing that kind of job, makes me happy and contented and not some kind doing the same thing over and over again.
