Hi there ^^
Greetings to the Hive Gaming community, I am kinda new so after introducing myself I wanted to start talking about one of my favorite games of all my life, I have much more affection towards Pokémon HeartGold to be honest, but I think there is more to say about Black 2/White 2, personally, I played the Black 2 edition myself.
These games are sequels to Black/White and belong to the same generation, but even though I started the first White, I was never able to finish it.
I think it's general knowledge, but Pokémon is a franchise that has been around for a long time delivering the same formula, battles with creatures of different types that get stronger as we fight them.
Lately, Pokémon has become an increasingly child-focused franchise, although this doesn't stop young adults like myself, and even middle-aged people, from exploring what they have to offer.
There is not much more to explain initially, our character begins his journey as a Pokémon trainer to win the 8 medals distributed throughout the region and win the Pokémon League, easy, right?.
The initials of this game are:
Tepig (Fire type)
Oshawott (Water type)
Snivy (Grass type)
Nobody chooses grass type Pokémon, however I find Snivy super cute so it was my initial.
(I am currently playing Pokémon UltraMoon, and my initial was Rowlet, also a grass type, so I think I am one of that low percentage that does choose them. ^^)
Black 2/White 2 implement several changes in the cities that were already in Black/White, thigs that were under construction are finished, and even our friends in B/W reappear, only older, one is a gym leader, and the other is dedicated to investigating Pokémon with the Pokémon Professor.
Team Plasma, the antagonists of B/W also make an appearance, and it is because of them that B2/W2 is said to have one of the best stories within the franchise, for once there are characters who think of Pokémon not as a tool, but as a being of equal importance to humans.
In Pokémon we are always told to make friends with Pokémon, but the point of Team Plasma is, Are Pokémon really happy? Do they deserve to be used in combat against their will and then locked in PokéBalls? That is why their intention is to use the legendary Pokémon of the region to end that regime towards Pokémon by humans, the thing is that they fall for a badly executed good idea.
So apart from becoming champion, our trainer will also have to stop the Plasma team.
I am one of the people who really feels that all Pokémon games are the same thing, and although there is a difference in the story, I don't think that many people play a Pokémon because of its story, but because of the fighting and for “catch em' all”, a task that gets very complicated with every new game that comes out.
The important part always ends up being the gameplay, and it's not like there are many new things, what you would find in any Pokémon with more things, less things. The fundamental basis is the one-on-one combats against wild Pokémon or other trainers, we can capture wild Pokémon, and the trainers will give us money if we win them, but if we lose we will have to pay a relative sum of money, if we do not have, then there's nothing to do.
There are also double and triple battles where you need to have at least two or three Pokémon in our group respectively, the strategy is a bit more important in these cases, but we are talking about Pokémon so the difficulty is not usually a problem.
To register each Pokémon that we meet we have the PokéDex, but this is much improved compared to B/W, where it was more focused on the new Pokémon without giving much importance to those of past generations, here it is more balanced and it is also possible find more Pokémon from other generations during and after finishing the game.
Taking advantage of the wireless capabilities of the Nintendo DS it is possible to fight with friends locally or online through an internet connection, special events were also held to get additional things, but we are in 2020 and obviously no online function is still active, but it is possible to continue fighting locally with a friend, I am lucky to have one with Pokémon White 2, so sometimes we compete to see who is better, but we are pretty even in terms of wins and losses so it's an eternal fight.
My conclusion is that Pokémon in general are games for fun, and nothing else, sometimes it can be exasperating to find trainers who, without asking, rush towards us to fight, but despite this it still has its charm.
After playing HeartGold when I was little I wanted another Pokémon, and it was Black 2 that ended up falling in love with me just like HeartGold did at the time; It is a matter of time to know if Ultra Moon will be able to catch me too or not, time will tell.
But I'm already getting far from the main point. ^^U

Hola ^^
Un saludo a la comunidad de Hive Gaming, soy algo nueva así que luego de presentarme quería empezar hablando de uno de mis juegos favoritos de toda la vida, tengo mucho más cariño hacia Pokémon HeartGold siendo honesta, pero considero que hay más que decir sobre Black 2/White 2, personalmente, jugué la edición Black 2.
Estos juegos son secuelas de Black/White y corresponden a la misma generación, pero aunque empecé el primer White, nunca fui capaz de terminarlo.
Creo que es conocimiento general, pero Pokémon es una franquicia que viene desde hace mucho tiempo entregando la misma fórmula, combates con criaturas de diferentes tipos que se fortalecen conforme peleamos con ellas.
Últimamente Pokémon se ha convertido en una franquicia cada vez más enfocada a niños, aunque esto no impide que jóvenes adultos y adultas como yo, e incluso personas de la mediana edad, se dediquen a explorar lo que tienen para ofrecer.
No hay mucho más que explicar inicialmente, nuestro/a personaje empieza su viaje como entrenador/a Pokémon para ganar las 8 medallas repartidas por toda la región y ganar la Liga Pokémon.
Los iniciales de este juego son:
Tepig (Tipo Fuego)
Oshawott (Tipo Agua)
Snivy (Tipo Planta)
Nadie elige a los Pokémon tipo hierba, sin embargo Snivy me parece super lindo por lo que fue mi inicial.
(Actualmente estoy jugando Pokémon UltraMoon, y mi inicial fue Rowlet, también un tipo hierba, así que creo que soy de ese bajo porcentaje que sí los elige. ^^)
Black 2/White 2 implementan varios cambios en las ciudades que ya estaban en Black/White, obras que estaban en construcción están terminadas, e incluso reaparecen los compañeros de nuestro entrenador en B/W, solo que mayores, uno es líder de gimnasio, y la otra se dedica a investigar a los Pokémon junto a la Profesora Pokémon.
El Equipo Plasma, los antagonistas de B/W también hacen acto de presencia, y es por ellos que se dice que B2/W2 tienen una de las mejores historias dentro de la franquicia, por una vez hay personajes que piensan en los Pokémon no como una herramienta, sino como un ser de igual importancia que los humanos.
En Pokémon siempre se nos dice que debemos hacernos amigos de los Pokémon, pero el punto del equipo Plasma es, ¿Realmente son felices los Pokémon?, ¿Merecen ser utilizados en combates en contra de su voluntad y luego ser encerrados en PokéBalls?, y por eso su intención es la de utilizar al Pokémon legendario de la región para acabar con ese régimen hacia los Pokémon por parte de los humanos, la cosa es que caen en eso de una buena idea mal ejecutada.
Así que aparte de convertirse en campeón, nuestro/a entrenador también tendrá que pararle los pies el equipo Plasma.
Soy de las personas que realmente siente que todos los Pokémon son la misma cosa, y aunque sí se nota diferencia en la historia, no creo que mucha gente juegue un Pokémon por su historia, sino por los combates y por “capturarlos a todos”, tarea que se complica mucho con cada juego nuevo que sale.
La parte importante siempre termina siendo el gameplay, y no es como que haya muchas cosas nuevas, lo que se encontraría en cualquier Pokémon con cosas más, cosas menos. La base fundamental son los combates uno a uno contra Pokémon salvajes u otros entrenadores, a los Pokémon salvajes podemos capturarlos, y los entrenadores nos darán dinero si les ganamos, pero si perdemos tendremos que pagar una suma relativa de dinero, si no tenemos, pues no hay nada que hacer.
También hay combates dobles y triples donde se necesita tener al menos dos o tres Pokémon en nuestro grupo respectivamente, la estrategia es un poco más importante en estos casos, pero hablamos de Pokémon así que la dificultad no suele ser un problema.
Para registrar a cada Pokémon que nos encontremos tenemos la PokéDex, pero esta viene bastante mejorada en comparación con B/W, donde estaba más enfocada en los nuevos Pokémon sin darle mucha importancia a los de generaciones pasadas, aquí está más equilibrada y también es posible encontrar más Pokémon de otras generaciones durante y después de terminar el juego.
Aprovechando las capacidades inalámbricas de la Nintendo DS es posible hacer combates con amigos de forma local o en línea mediante una conexión a internet, también se llevaban a cabo eventos especiales para conseguir cosas adicionales, pero estamos en 2020 y evidentemente ninguna función online sigue activa, pero es posible seguir combatiendo de forma local con un amigo, tengo la suerte de tener uno con Pokémon White 2, así que a veces competimos por ver quién es mejor, pero estamos bastante parejos en cuanto a victorias y derrotas así que es una lucha eterna.
Mi conclusión es que Pokémon en general son juegos para divertirse, y nada más, a veces puede hacerse desesperante encontrar a entrenadores que sin preguntar se lanzan hacia nosotros a pelear, pero a pesar de esto sigue teniendo su encanto.
Luego de jugar HeartGold muy de pequeña quería otro Pokémon, y fue Black 2 el que acabó por enamorarme así como HeartGold lo hizo en su momento; es cuestión de tiempo para saber si Ultra Moon será capaz de atraparme también o no, el tiempo dirá.
Pero ya me estoy alejando mucho del punto principal. ^^U
Un poco desordenado, pero ¡este fue mi análisis de Pokémon Black 2/White 2!, ojalá disfruten leerlo así como yo disfruté hacerlo...
