Que tal amigos reciban un saludo, espero les haya gustado mi construcción anterior, si aún no la han visto pues vayan a verla ya que esta es una continuación de aquella en la cual se me pasó un poquito la mano y la lleve a otro nivel.
Cuando culminé el supermercado me di cuenta que al final podía quedar bien una entrada a una expansión, pense hacer una ferretería también parte de Cormax este caso "FerreCormax" pero al darme cuenta que había demasiado espacio añadí lo necesario 😉.
Incié construyendo una pequeña área recreacional con venta de comida y sus mesas.
Luego comencé con la ferretería hice sus paredes su conexión con el supermarket, el piso, la iluminación, el techo, los estantes, cristal el la parte frontal y listo.
Cuando inicié a construir el area de caja quise hacerlas diferente y se me pareció a unas taquillas y justo en ese momento se me ocurrió la idea de "construir una sucursal de BANCORMA". Bancorma es un banco fundado por mi en el año 2016 del cual solo hay una oficina en el Centro Comercial M; entonces hace falta otras más así que añadí una dentro de FerreCormax, pues hice sus taquillas, embudos (para bajar documentos y efectivo) andamios (para acceder a la parte de arriba), hice su caja fuerte y para culminar coloqué dos cajeros automáticos afuera.
Ahora sí, se construyeron el área de facturación de la ferretería, también diseñé y construir la entrada y salida. Luego terminé de hacer el resto de estantes al rededor de la tienda y listo ferretería culminada.
Fuí al final de la tienda y quise hacerle una entrada por esta parte y pensé por qué no hacer más zona de recreación para las personas ya que está es una zona residencial.
Construí otra área recreacional con ventas de comida, esta vez 2, pero un poco más grande. Al culminar pude darme cuenta que faltaba un estacionamiento más grande.
Un momento aquí falta una plaza para las personas y niños, vamos a construir:
Con ladrillos rellene todo el suelo luego fui colocando mesas y asientos de madera, una gran fuente de agua que pensándolo bien ahora parece una piscina; pero esa no es su finalidad, coloqué en el medio alfombra verde donde iría un mini parque de diversiones para niños.
Lo siguiente fue hacer el estacionamiento, con hormigón gris, blanco, amarillo y azul. Uff terminé esto es una belleza 😊 un momento otra idea más 😅, vamos a construir unas mini canchas de fútbol.
Utilicé: hierro, barras de hierro y hormigón blanco. Para construir medí el rectángulo, coloqué separaciones, coloque las barras y continúe con la parte interna. Pd. Les confieso que no se mucho de fútbol. Hice lo que pude. Una vez terminadas creo que quedaron bien.
Amigos observen esas últimas imágenes esto es una belleza y estoy orgulloso. Quise hacer algo pequeño pero las ideas fueron surgiendo poco a poco.

When I started to build the cashier's area I wanted to make it different and it looked like a locker and just at that moment I had the idea of "building a branch of BANCORMA". Bancorma is a bank founded by me in 2016 of which there is only one office in the M Mall; then more are needed so I added one inside FerreCormax, because I made their lockers, funnels (to lower documents and cash) scaffolding (to access the top), I made their safe and to culminate I placed two ATMs outside.
Now the hardware store check-in area was built, I also designed and built the entrance and exit. Then I finished making the rest of the shelves around the store and the hardware store was finished.
I went to the end of the store and wanted to make an entrance for this part and I thought why not make more recreational area for people since this is a residential area.
I built another recreational area with food sales, this time 2, but a little bigger. When I finished I realized that a bigger parking lot was missing.
Wait a minute, there is a square here for people and children, let's build it:
With bricks I filled the whole floor then I was placing tables and wooden seats, a large water fountain that thinking about it now looks like a pool; but that is not its purpose, I placed in the middle green carpet where a mini amusement park for children would go.
The next thing was to make the parking lot, with gray, white, yellow and blue concrete. Uff I finished this is a beauty 😊 just a moment another idea 😅, let's build some mini soccer fields.
I used: iron, iron bars and white concrete. To build I measured the rectangle, placed separations, placed the bars and continue with the inner part. Pd. I confess I don't know much about soccer. I did what I could. Once they were finished I think they looked good.
Friends, look at those last pictures, this is a beauty and I'm proud of it. I wanted to do something small but the ideas came little by little.
