Planting and not harvesting? It's kind of a counter sense don't you think? I really don't think there is a way to plant and not harvest, you could leave your planting there but I think at the end of each season which lasts 15 days, I guess the system will warn you of the harvest, or maybe it will be lost if you don't harvest and it doesn't make sense to get involved to lose.
Okay, I just thought I get it straight. Because in reality you could plant and probably your plant doesn't grow for you to harvest, Erosion, Pests and diseases could spoil your chances of harvesting..
But it's cool to know that in the game it's sure to harvest.
