Very well written. I hate to admit it but I agree with you on most of your complaints. The Quarry was just a bit mediocre compared to some others that I have seen take this genre.
I didn't play it myself but I watched a Youtuber and I am glad I did not spend the money on it. Was a good series of videos to watch while doing other things on the side for sure.
