I haven't been the most fanatic Splinterlands player although over the last couple of months I have started playing some games here and there again with the new card set.
Frankly I don't have the time for it, which is the actual saying for 'I don't feel enough incentive to start playing more' , but every now and then the Splinterlands heart starts to beat a little bit faster.
This time the reason is one of the exclusive cards called Dar 'Gottem' Gearnut which you can only buy with vouchers and up until now the card has only been sold about 1000 times as yet.
And the cool thing when buying a card with vouchers means that you also have a chance of getting a gold foil while buying one in the process.
Now these cards are going for $17 bucks at the moment for a regular foil. But for me the moest interesting thing is to actually play with it with its 20 life for a level 1 card.
And 20 life? Ow yes, that will outrun your opponent for sure and that works awesome in those 99 life battles that you run into every now and then.

Now I get some vouchers on the daily from owning the license, so the majority of this card has paid for itself already.
For the other part I have sold some SPS which is also given to me because of the license node, and I saw a very nice example of how the bots dominate the market.
Because from every buy in vouchers a new sell order appears in the same price. Interesting.. So it was a lot of small buys with every time the price popping up. ...Very interesting...
So this turned out to be a regular foil in my buy and now turning into a gold one, even though I threw a potion on there. But hey...4% chance is a 4% chance.
I'm looking forward to play with this card actually, so let me see when there is some game to play with...
Or....is this not a foundation card and not able to play in the Frontier modus? Let's find out! I got me a shiny new card which I hope will have some value in there.
That is a very nice card. I want to max it out, but will probably wait a little to do it.
Yeah it aint cheap for maxing out. But cool card though for sure!
