Ever since the Frontier modus has come back in Splinterlands I have started enjoying giving it a go again when there is some time.
That has already an achieve,ent on itself as I had lost interest playing the actual card game going back and forth. Before the release of the Frontier card deck there was a season where all of a sudden playing in the wild league didn't cost anything anymore.
I know, I know, even though it is 'only' 2000 DEC per 2 weeks to enter the wild league which is like 8 HIVE at the moment, this is not ideal for someone like me who only plays when there is some time. That might be a couple of rounds while waiting for the bus, and then not playing weeks in a row. No use for investing the 2000 DEC then right?
But enough about that, back to Frontier modus. because it feels nice to open some chests again and receive some cards to start building a deck of cards again.
From some cards I have even already won enough to level up a couple of them (don't worry this is just literally 2 cards of the whole deck. As mentioned, I a not a player on the daily).
As this is already uplifting for me, let alone imagine how this is for players who are actually starting to 'just' play Splinterlands at all for the first time. The opportunity to build a deck from scratch! And with those cards, we can again win more cards! Love it!
Apart from that another good thing to see is that the price of SPS is on the move again. What I had also noticed is that there is an option to have you SPS in Base? Isn't that the chain by Coinbase? Nice move on targetting the bigger audience honestly, because literally every user I know starts in Coinbase and I can imagine them making their first bridging moment also from there.
I don't know if this is the reason for it, but it sure reflects on the price. It feels good to see SPS on the move for a bit again, even though I have no idea what was the reason for this move behind it.
And apart from that? It is the first of the month so that means it is time for a Hive power up again, not that much...but just because I want the bee in there.
Symbolic also feels fine right? It also feels good to have some liquid Hive hanging around for who knows what.
Ow well...the first of the month. The first day it feels like autumn, the first day after the monthly close. Who knows what all of this will bring again.
I do know it for sure will bring some extra games of Frontier cards when the rain starts.!
