I hope you have an excellent start to the week. Days ago, searching among my video game memories, I managed to find this great jewel, which I played many times without getting bored of this fantastic mission.
To know a little more about this video game. Quake II was released on December 9, 1997 for Microsoft Windows then in the following years it was incorporated to PlayStation, Nintendo 64 and Xbox 360. It was developed by id Software and distributed by Activision. Quake II is not a direct sequel to Quake, it simply uses its name because id feels that the game has an accelerated pace. In Quake II, there are 4 difficulty levels that are: Easy, Medium, Difficult and Difficult+. The first three are chosen from the One Player menu, and choosing one will start a new game in that difficulty.

The solo action takes place in an invasion of the alien civilization Stroggs. Humanity's last attempt to get rid of the early invasion by the stroggs (aliens who invade planets to take away their resources). The humans found an access point from Earth to Stroggos and are preparing for the assault. The player is a soldier of the Marines, and is launched in a capsule towards the surface of the planet. When being thrown, a near capsule gives a blow to the one of the character since the great cannon of the stroggs denominated, (Big Gun) attacks to most of the capsules which lose the control of the same one and they crash against the surface of the planet.
