I talked about starting a new Custom Minecraft Survival world called Sky Islands from Aternos Blueprint in this post. I would like to share an update on how that world is progressing and the challenges we faced during the early days of exploring the other islands.
We had three sheep spawned on our island on the first day, but one of them met with an accident and fell into the void. This triggered us to make a secure area for them, and we bred the remaining two with all the wheat we had grown so far. They multiply very quickly, and look at how many we had in a few days.

Our Island was looking a bit messed up with things poorly organised. No proper house where we live. But at least it was functional. We weren't dying of hunger anymore. Not after we got some bone blocks from the nether island and grew our crops faster with the bonemeal.

We just had 5 chucks view distance to make it interesting and not know what is around us. While I was expanding our island, we saw another island. So far, we had been to only three islands, including our spawn island.
But for now, we focused on expanding our farm and growing the livestock. We planted a lot more trees. If we had to reach those other islands, we needed a lot of wood to bridge to them.

As we gained a lot of blocks to bridge out to other islands, and had enough food from the sheep. It was time to see what other islands had to offer. Cutting down Oak trees is not the most efficient they don't give a lot of wood and take up too much space. The only good part about them is the occasional apples, but we were out of that stage.

The next day, we bridged to this mysterious island. This had mangrove trees (if I am not wrong). I don't know when these were added to the game, but their leaves can store water in them and can be used to make easy cobblestone generators.

This island's biome was called "purple swamp", which I have not seen in the game. Maybe it is in Vanilla Minecraft or just added to this mod? Anyway, there was a big structure on the top of this island with a lot of deadly mobs.
We saw a zombie named The Chainkeeper, who was covered in chainmail armour and was holding an enchanted book with a fire aspect. He killed us multiple times. We had no armour yet and didn't bring any water with us. We were not expecting this island to have mobs like this.

This place was made with stone bricks and a lot of cracked bricks with Silverfish in it. This structure reminded us of the Stronghold. There were too many silverfish, and if we started attacking one, many of them would come out of the bricks and kill us. It went on for some time until we realised that we could safely kill them using a lava bucket without triggering the rest of the silver fish.

The bottom level of the structure had a Skeleton with full gold armour. These seemed to have a lot of health too. We trapped him in a boat and killed him easily. This one was named "Chainkeeper's Henchman".
We found a book in this place which told us a little about these two characters.

These two seemed to have gone through some kind of experiments. I didn't expect this mode to have a story.
Our suspicion of this island being the Stronghold island came true when we saw the End portal frames on the bottom level. Finding it this close to our spawn island was a surprise for me. I was not expecting it to be that close and so early in the game. Now, we just need to go make some Eye of Ender. But that will take a while.

There were a couple many chests too with good loot. We got some bookshelves, lecterns, a few diamonds and even a cauldron, which will be perfect to get our hands on infinite lava.
We brought all the loot to our base and finally worked on organising our chests. We wanted to craft a copper golem, too, but we still didn't find any pumpkin or pumpkin seeds.

We wanted to explore a bit more... in the distance, we could see another island, and it looked like a Jungle biome. I like how each island is a different biome, so we can get its unique items and mobs easily. I wonder how many total islands this world will have. Any guesses?
Thanks for reading.

It's been a very long time since I once started skyblock to play on my mobile but it's very frustrating to me at that time so I quit it. But it's very fun to make progress on skyblock I hope to see more updates. Good luck ❤️
