We all know Mario Party, we know the impact it has in the world of video games, mostly for being another game of the plumber that we all love, this time Mario brings together many characters close to him to compete, Mario party has typical concepts of a board game but with a dynamism and a way to deliver fun so unique that it has become one of my favorite games to play with friends.
Todos conocemos Mario Party, sabemos el impacto que tiene en el mundo de los videojuegos, más que todo por ser otro juego más del fontanero que todos queremos, en esta ocasión Mario reúne a muchos personajes cercanos a él para competir, Mario party tiene conceptos típicos de un juego de mesa pero con un dinamismo y una manera de entregarnos diversión tan única que se ha convertido en uno de mis juegos favoritos para jugar con amigos.
When I say that Mario Party is the definitive board game it is because of everything it offers and everything it means, it takes the basic elements of a board game such as the dice system to move around the board, and combines them with many mechanics and concepts that manage to turn a board game into a racing game, a rhythm game or a fighting game, all depending on the situation.
Cuando hablo de que Mario Party es el juego de tablero definitivo es por todo lo que ofrece y todo lo que significa, toma los elementos básicos de un juego de tablero como el sistema de dados para moverse por las casillas del tablero, y los combina con muchas mecánicas y conceptos que logran convertir un juego de mesa a un juego de carrera, de ritmo o de pelea, todo dependiendo de la situación.
Gracias a esto, entregas como los Mario Party de la Nintendo 64 siguen viviendo hoy en día a pesar de que nacieron hace muchísimos años, es un juego que no necesita tener mecánicas complejas o una historia con una elaboración, de hecho los controles del juego son muy fáciles de dominar, después de todo es un juego para pasar un buen rato con amigos, aunque en algunas ocasiones puede hacer que algunas amistades se rompan.
Thanks to this, games like Mario Party on the Nintendo 64 are still alive today even though they were born many, many years ago, it is a game that does not need to have complex mechanics or a story with an elaborate story, in fact the game controls are very easy to master, after all it is a game to have a good time with friends, although sometimes it can make some friendships break.
When rolling the dice many things can happen, we win or lose coins, we get stars, we get or lose objects, we enter mini-games, any action leads to an event, even if we do not roll the dice we can use objects to gain advantage or simply to harm another participant, and not only are there many objects, but there are also many mini-games in which we will win coins or objects, mini-games in which we will compete all against all, 3 vs 1 or even 2 vs 2.
Al momento de lanzar los dados pueden pasar muchas cosas, ganamos o perdemos monedas, conseguimos estrellas, conseguimos o perdemos objetos, entramos en minijuegos, cualquier acción desemboca en un evento, incluso si no lanzamos los dados podemos utilizar objetos para ganar ventaja o simplemente para perjudicar a otro participante, y no solo hay muchos objetos, sino que también hay muchísimos minijuegos en los que ganaremos monedas u objetos, minijuegos en los que competiremos todos contra todos, 3 vs 1 o hasta 2 vs 2.
Y la cantidad de minijuegos que hay es inmensa, hasta el día de hoy no estoy seguro de haber jugado todos los minijuegos de los Mario Party de la Nintendo 64, y la diversidad que tienen cada uno le da un toque de variedad que hará que el juego te ofrezca una experiencia muy versátil cada vez que lo juegues, como ya comenté anteriormente, hay minijuegos de carreras, de pelea, de ritmo, de memoria y mucho más, todos enfocados en el estilo característico de los juegos de mario, los minijuegos normales dan monedas a los ganadores, pero dependiendo de las casillas donde caigas cuando lanzas los dados, puedes caer en un minijuego en el que competirás tu solo para ganar objetos, minijuegos hechos por Bowser que pueden ser beneficiosos o no, y hasta minijuegos en el que todos apuestan monedas y el ganador se lleva todo.
And the amount of minigames that there are is immense, to this day I'm not sure I've played all the minigames of the Nintendo 64 Mario Party, and the diversity that each one has gives a touch of variety that will make the game offer you a very versatile experience every time you play it, as I said before, there are racing minigames, fighting games, rhythm games, memory games and much more, all focused on the characteristic style of the mario games, the normal mini-games give coins to the winners, but depending on the squares where you land when you roll the dice, you can fall into a mini-game where you will compete alone to win items, mini-games made by Bowser that can be beneficial or not, and even mini-games where everyone bets coins and the winner takes all.
Este post está un poco inclinado a los primeros Mario Party de la Nintendo 64, a pesar de que intento hablar en general sobre toda la franquicia, pero incluso si juegas los primeros 3 Mario Party, estoy seguro que te divertirás igual que como te divertirías con los juegos posteriores a ellos, Mario Party es un juego que no puede faltar cada vez que me junto a jugar con amigos, es una franquicia que se ha ganado mis respetos y que me ha ofrecido muchos momentos inolvidables.
This post is a bit biased to the first Mario Party of the Nintendo 64, even though I try to talk in general about the whole franchise, but even if you play the first 3 Mario Party, I'm sure you will have as much fun as you would have with the games after them, Mario Party is a game that can not miss every time I get together to play with friends, it is a franchise that has earned my respects and has offered me many unforgettable moments.

Mario Party is great fun. I have both of the new ones for the Nintendo Switch and they’re good fun.
I'm not a big fan of the new ones, I think they lose a bit that competitiveness based on fighting against other players, from what I've seen it's based a bit more on the cooperative.
Super Mario Party had one mode where you played 2v2 and a mini game mode where you work together. Everything is the same old competitiveness. It would make no sense for them to take that away seeing as it’s the core of the game.
I have one on my switch. Mario Party is absolutely my choice when playing with friends, especially during family gathering, this game can bring a laugh and happiness to my younger sister, and can bring a boring gathering time into happy gaming time.
Mario Party is one of the definitive multiplayer games, even though it breaks friendships, but it can never be missed when getting together with friends.

Yo empecé a jugar Mario Party por el 9 de Wii, en ese todos los personajes van en un carro y avanzan juntos, en su momento me gustaba, y me gusta, pero hoy día prefiero mucho más los de N64 o incluso GameCube, la sed de sangre se sentía en el ambiente, robarle una estrella a un amigo era una declaración de intenciones, y los minijuegos una guerra sin cuartel, y eso en los últimos se ha perdido un poco, más enfocados a jugar "con" tus amigos y no tanto "contra" tus amigos, aunque los más recientes de Switch no tengo ni idea, me refiero más a 9 y 10 que son los más recientes que he podido jugar.

Eso me he dado cuenta, en los ultimos Mario Party era un poco más cooperativo, y eso no me gusta, pierde la esencia de lo que era Mario Party, ya no provoca darle un puñetazo en la cara a alguien cuando te roban una estrella.
Y al contrario, siempre toca mearse encima del amigo al que le robas la estrella kek

Me acuerdo de cuando jugaba con mis amigos en la ds esas partidas eran a muerte, en esta y mario kart se destruyeron amistades
Así es, para ser un juego con una esencia infantil, lo que ocasionaba el jugar con amigos era digno de Game of Thrones.
Yo he jugado mario party, sobre todo el de la ds, el que es (para mí) el mejor para jugar en solitario porque había sido creado para una consola portátil, curiosamente fue el último juego creado por el estudio de desarrollo original de los juegos de mario party, buenisimo tu post.
