Well, as a child I wasted many hours playing this and with very valid reasons, I being a very good child I did not understand very well what the game was about, that is, its plot, I simply went from the menu to play and that's it. I found incredible graphics for this console and wonderful gameplay. But some time later, when I was older and more serious about the matter, I played it again, but this time taking into account the story.
Well, as many of us know, this game has quite simple mechanics and gameplay that is quite easy to understand. Well, what could be simpler than picking a couple of squares or a couple of triangles and you get an incredibly brutal combo.
This game is based on Greek mythology, as I already mentioned we are Kratos the god of war. a Spartan warrior with thirst for blood and revenge who only seeks to kill and destroy and we are at the mercy of the gods of Olympus but Athena the goddess of wisdom who is a friend of us asks us to eliminate Ares, who killed our wife and daughter in a certain way, because it was his fault since a long time ago we had a pact with him where we would obtain power in exchange for being his lackey but that led us to our misfortune, the death of our beloved family, Well, we set off in search of his blood and head, but first our main objective is to search for Pandora's box, it is the only thing capable of stopping Ares
We start on a ship in the Aegean Sea ready to kill the first boss of the game, which has 3 heads and the biggest is the hydra king. Along the way we will find different things, enemies and puzzles that will destroy our skull for seconds. but it's not really complicated at all, it's just a matter of time to solve them and move on, Along with the swords of chaos our faithful friends. Devastating blades that destroy everything in their path.
Throughout the game we unlock an incredible amount of magic, not because of how big this arsenal is, which in fact is not that many, but because of how incredible they are, the Medusa head that will allow us to turn our targets to stone for In a matter of seconds, we can unleash ferocious bolts that char these fools, Possession Rage is another devastating skill at our fingertips.
More, however, there will be some very bad bosses who will make it somewhat difficult for us and we will have to manage to get out of that mess, weapons are also important, because the swords of chaos will not be our only companions, if not we are going to enjoy of more!, Well, this game is a real odyssey!.

As I mentioned before, the gameplay was similar to that of one, since it does not vary much since its appearance has been preserved. Well, they didn't have to change much since the first one was practically perfect in its sense of combat, one thing that they did notice here and improved was the setting in the game a bit, or that's what I've noticed, well this It had a little more detail in what was the visual section in terms of mountains, bushes, stones, soil, etc.
Like the previous installment, this game was designed by Santa Monica and its difficulty does not vary much from the first one, since it is quite similar in both games, the difficulty was not that difficult, there was no adversity that was impossible for kratos So in both games We can pass it as long as we put effort into it. Like the previous one, we can have many weapons and many skills that will allow us to get hold of the blood of the enemies. And more the bosses are doubled, I mean that the number of bosses is much larger than in the first one because enemies have also been rescued from the first installment like the Cyclopes, the harpies, the undead, etc. but they have added more enemies to fight against us and we kill them gratifyingly, I can clarify that both games have a very interesting story and of course, this is not the main focus for us, but the main thing is the gameplay. Well, it's the most refreshing as far as it goes.
In both games I had a fun experience and I didn't finish the second one, my cousins did, but I didn't, even so I enjoyed it a lot, god of war for me is a quite wonderful saga that was part of my various ps2 games and it was Impossible not to play them.

un videojuego de acción
en el que nos pondremos en los zapatos de un personaje llamado Kratos el dios de la guerra o mejor dicho Kratos el Dios de los platos, jajaja, Pero fuera de bromas este es un videojuego que a muchos nos ha marcado los recuerdos de niños, entre los pocos juegos que yo tenía al recibir mi primera play 2, este fue uno de los primeros y debo de decir que estoy muy feliz de que lo haya sido.
He de aclarar que Santa Mónica Studios es la creadora de este famoso juego. Pues debo de decir que es su obra más grande. el día de hoy quiero abrirle la mente a muchos de vosotros para que Vuelvan en el pasado un rato y recuerden de esta increíble joyita maravillosa
Pues yo les voy a traer mis recuerdos más sinceros de lo que fue el 1 y el 2 que estuvieron para la ps2.
Pues de niño desperdiciaba muchas horas jugando esto y con motivos muy válidos, yo siendo muy bien niño No entendía muy bien de qué trataba el juego, osea su trama, simplemente pasaba del menú a jugar y listo. Me encontraba con unas gráficas increíbles para ser esta consola y una jugabilidad maravillosa. Pero tiempo después ya con más edad y más seriedad en el asunto lo volví a jugar pero esta vez tomando en cuenta la historia.
Pues como muchos sabemos este juego tiene unas mecánicas bastante sencillas y una jugabilidad bastante fácil de comprender. Pues qué más sencillo que espichar un par de cuadrados un par de triángulos y te sale un combo increíblemente brutal.
Este juego está basado en la mitología griega, como ya lo mencioné somos Kratos el dios de la guerra. un guerrero espartano con sed de sangre y venganza que solo busca matar y destruir y estamos a merced de los dioses del Olimpo pero Atenea la diosa de la sabiduría la cual es amiga de nosotros nos pide el favor de que eliminemos a Ares,
el cual mató a nuestra esposa e hija en cierta manera, pues fue culpa de él ya que hace tiempo tuvimos un pacto con este donde obtendriamos poder a cambio de ser su lacayo pero eso nos llevo a nuestra desgracia, la muerte de nuestra amada familia, Pues nosotros partimos en busca de su sangre y cabeza pero antes nuestro principal objetivo es buscar la caja de Pandora, es lo único capaz de detener a Ares
Empezamos en un barco en el mar de egeo ya listos para asesinar al primer jefe del juego que son 3 cabezas y pues la más grande es el rey hidra, En el camino vamos a encontrar diferentes cosas, enemigos Y rompecabezas que nos destruiran el cráneo por segundos. pero no es nada complicado realmente solo es cuestión de tiempo para resolverlos y seguir adelante, Junto a las espadas del caos nuestras fieles amigas.
Unas cuchillas devastadoras que destruyen todo a su paso.
A lo largó del juego desbloqueamos una cantidad de magia increible, no por lo grande que es este arsenal que de hecho no es que sean muchos, si no por lo increíbles que son, la cabeza de medusa que nos permitirá volver piedra a nuestros objetivos por cuestiones de segundos, podemos lanzar rayos feroces que carbonizan a estos tontos, la ira de posesión es otra habilidad devastadora que tendremos a nuestras manos.
más, no obstante habrán unos jefes bien chungos que nos la pondrán algo difícil y tendremos que arreglarnoslas para salir de ese enrollo, las armas también son importantes, pues las espadas del caos no van a ser nuestras únicas acompañantes, si no que vamos a gozar de ¡más!, Pues este juego es una verdadera ¡odisea!.
Vale, el dos es un entrega bastante similar al uno en cuanto a combates y gráficos.
la historia en este preside del desenlace del uno, pues conseguimos la divinidad tras matar a Ares y tenemos nuestro nuevo puesto como dios de la guerra, pero seguidamente somos traicionados por Zeus y Atenea los cuales enfrentando al primer jefe que es una estatua de mierda gigante Zeus esclava, su cuchilla y nos manda el inframundo poco a poco los cuales ahí somos arrastrados por unas manos de mierda tenebrosas, pero pronto la titán gaia nos salva y nos dice que debemos de ir a las hermanas del destino ya que ahí podemos retroceder en el tiempo y evitar que zeus nos engañe nos traiciones de esta forma y podremos matarlo así que nosotros cogemos de nuevo nuestras espada y nos enfrentemos a una nueva aventura, sentí que este juego es centrado en cuanto el tema de venganza es su principal objetivo, pues venganza venganza y más venganza es lo que busca Kratos y con razón, después de haber sido despojado de su trono por Zeus pues nos emprendemos en una aventura bastante grotesca, en dónde tenemos que ir derrotando una cantidad variable de jefes bastante fuerte. o bueno para mi eran fuertes.
Como lo mencioné anteriormente la jugabilidad era similar a la del uno, pues no varía mucho ya que se ha conservado su aspecto. Pues no tenían que cambiar mucho ya que el primero era prácticamente perfecto en su sentido de combate una cosa, que sí notaron aquí y mejoraron fue un poco la ambientación en el juego, o eso es lo que he notado, pues este poseía un poco más detalles en lo que era el apartado visual en cuanto montañas arbustos, piedras, suelos etcétera
Al igual que la entrega anterior este juego fue diseñado por Santa Mónica y su dificultad no varía mucho a la del primero, pues es bastante similar en ambos juegos, la dificultad no era tan difícil, no había alguna adversidad que fuese imposible para kratos Asi que en ambos juegos Lo podemos pasar siempre y cuando le pongamos empeño. Al igual que el anterior podremos tener bastantes armas y bastantes habilidades que nos permitirán hacernos de la sangre de los enemigos. Y más los jefes son doblados, me refiero a que La cantidad de jefes, es mucho más grande que en el primero pues también se han rescatado enemigos
de la primera entrega como los Cíclopes las arpías los no muertos, etcétera. pero han agregado más enemigos para luchar en nuestra contra y nosotros asesinarlos gratificantemente, puedo aclarar que ambos juegos tienen una historia bastante interesante y claro, esta no es la principal central para nosotros, sino que lo principal es la jugabilidad. Pues es lo más refrescante en lo que respecta.
En ambos juegos tuve una experiencia divertida y él segundo no me lo acabe, mis primos sí, pero yo no, aun así lo disfrute bastante, god of war para mi es una saga bastante maravillosa que formó parte de mis variados juegos de ps2 y era imposible que no los jugara.
Yo crecí con esta saga 💛. Aunque comencé con el 2 y luego fue que jugué el 1 para entender mejor la historia jaja, pero desde ese entonces, fui pasando por cada uno de los títulos que sacaron, desde los de PS2 hasta los de PSP que eran historias independientes.
La razón principal por la que me compré una PS3 hace tantos años, fue para poder seguir con la historia de Kratos en God of war 3, un juego brutal. Y ni hablar del ultimo lanzado en PS4, pocos juegos son tan placenteros a la hora de despedazar, cortar o destruir.
Ya quiero que salga el próximo.
Son juegos al estilo DMC que dan gusto jugar y despedazar enemigos,pues yo no eh jugado él 4 pero si te digo que es una brutalidad eh, me encanta en todos los sentidos, y es exactamente como dices, es placentero😌
Este juego marco mi infancia, uno de los mejores juegos que pude jugar en ps2.

Nunca llegué a completar este juego, pero sé que es demasiado genial, me gustaría en algún momento completar la línea secuencial del título hasta la última entrega que existe, sería un largo camino, pero sería interesante, gran artículo bro, muy buenos recuerdos con esta maravilla de juego, feliz y bendecido día. 🎮
yo también quisiera completar toda la saga y entender perfectamente todo, pero ya será cuando tenga una consola de nueva generación la cual no tengo, pero mientas esperaré y reuniré para poder jugar estos títulos que me faltan❤
