As atualizações em Splinterlands continuam acontecendo toda semana e isso é ótimo para demonstrar que estamos investindo em um projeto sólido que continua evoluindo ao longo do Bear Market. No último Town Hall foram divulgadas algumas pequenas alterações que vão impactar determinadas habilidades e também uma grande mudança no sistema de aluguel. Eu quero resumir esses pontos neste post e dar a minha opinião sobre eles, espero que gostem!
Começando pelas pequenas atualizações na jogabilidade temos a alteração na interação de duas habilidades em conjunto com o Blast 
. A habilidade Dispel 
e a Life Leech 
não irão mais ativar seus efeitos com o dano adjacente causado pela explosão. A remoção dessa interação diminui o potencial das duas habilidades mas a mais afetada na minha opinião é a Life Leech . Esse combo era bastante positivo para as cartas com essa habilidade pois possibilitava um grande aumento na vida do monstro e sem essa interação a habilidade não será mais "Must Have" nas batalhas com a regra Explosive Weaponry 
.
Além disso a habilidade Scattershot 
finalmente se tornou 100% aleatória pois poderá as cartas com Camouflage 
. Essas mudanças nas habilidades me fazem perceber que apesar do Splinterlands não possuir nerfs/buffs nas cartas os desenvolvedores podem nerfar/bufar as habilidades e/ou criar regras que contribuam para o balanceamento do jogo.
Outro assunto muito importante é a adição de taxas de listagens no mercado. Para ler em detalhes sobre o assunto você pode acompanhar esta postagem mas para resumir agora será necessário pagar uma taxa de 1 DEC ou 1 Crédito ao listar ou atualizar uma carta no mercado. Mas o que isso significa?
Sabe aquelas cartas baratas que são colocadas para alugar por 0,10 DEC (ou até menos)? Para sua operação não ficar no prejuízo sua carta precisará permanecer alugada por 10 dias apenas para cubrir os custos de listagem. Isso também vale para a atualização de preços pois é cobrado o mesmo valor pela renovação, ou seja, há um desencentivo muito grande em ficar colocando, removendo e atualizando o preço das cartas o tempo todo no mercado. Essa atualização é realmente importante pois após o lançamento das automatizações de aluguel lançadas pelo Peakmonsters o número de atualizações nos preços cresceu exponencialmente.
A taxa de listagem servirá como barreira econômica para que os preços não fiquem sendo renovados o tempo todo, isso ajuda os jogadores que alugam cartas pois aumentará a probabilidade delas não serem canceladas e ajuda a desestressar os servidores diminuindo as milhões de transações que eram feitas todos os dias.
Para que você não seja prejudicado com essa nova mecânica é preciso calcular o preço que você colocará sua carta para alugar vezes a quantidade de dias que você pretende deixá-la sem remover ou atualizar. Além disso há também a taxa de 5% que já era cobrada e que interfere na lucratividade do seu aluguel se for feito de forma incorreta.
Se tratando de cartas com baixo preço de aluguel você precisará mantê-las por muitos dias sem atualizar para conseguir efetivamente lucrar com a operação. Se o preço de aluguel da sua carta for alto estes fatores não serão tão relevantes mas também impactarão no lucro final do seu aluguel. Entendendo isso você será capaz de traçar suas estratégias e conseguir lucrar com os alugueis superando as barreiras das taxas.
É muito importante estar por dentro de todas as novidades e atualizações pois assim você pode se antecipar e traçar novas estratégias de investimento conforme as atualizações vão sendo reveladas. Eu estou ansioso para o Aluguel de Temporada, foi dito no Town Hall que esse recurso chegará na semana que vem juntamente com as novas taxas de listagem, então se você não quiser ficar pagando as taxas após cada renovação colocar suas cartas para alugar durante uma temporada inteira será uma ótima saída!
Vamos aguardar essas atualizações chegarem para ver quais os impactos que isso terá no mercado, eu acredito que o resultado será muito positivo e agregará bastante no quesito Qualidade de Vida dos jogadores que não terão que lidar com o cancelamento constante das cartas, pois convenhamos que isso é extremamente irritante. Ponto positivo para o Splinterlands que está melhorando todos os aspectos possíveis para melhorar a experiência do seu jogador!

Updates in Splinterlands keep happening every week and this is great to show that we are investing in a solid project that continues to evolve throughout the Bear Market. In the latest Town Hall some minor changes were released that will impact certain abilities and also a major change to the rental system. I want to summarize those points in this post and give my opinion on them, hope you enjoy!
Starting with the minor updates to gameplay we have the change in the interaction of two abilities in conjunction with the Blast . Dispel and Life Leech abilities will no longer activate their effects with adjacent blast damage. The removal of this interaction diminishes the potential of both abilities but the most affected in my opinion is the Life Leech . This combo was very positive for cards with this ability because it allowed a big increase in the monster's life and without this interaction the ability will no longer be a "Must Have" in battles with the Explosive Weaponry rule.
Also the Scattershot ability has finally become 100% random as it will be able to cards with Camouflage . These ability changes make me realize that despite Splinterlands not having nerfs/buffs on cards the developers can nerf/buff abilities and/or create rules that contribute to balancing the game.
Another very important issue is the addition of market listing fees. To read in detail about it you can follow this post but to summarize now you will be required to pay a fee of 1 DEC or 1 Credit when listing or updating a card on the market. But what does this mean?
You know those cheap cards that are put up for rent for 0.10 DEC (or even less)? For your operation not to be at a loss your card needs to remain rented for 10 days just to cover the listing costs. This also applies to the updating of prices because the same value is charged for the renewal, in other words, there is a big disincentive to keep placing, removing and updating the price of the cards all the time in the market. This update is really important because after the release of the rental automations released by Peakmonsters the number of price updates grew exponentially.
The listing fee will serve as an economic barrier to keep prices from being renewed all the time, this helps players who rent cards as it will increase the likelihood of them not being cancelled and helps de-stress the servers by decreasing the millions of transactions that were made every day.
To avoid being hurt by this new mechanic, you need to calculate the price you will put your card for rent times the amount of days you intend to leave it without removing or updating. In addition there is also the 5% fee that was already charged and interferes with the profitability of your rental if done incorrectly.
If dealing with cards with a low rental price you will need to keep them for many days without updating to be able to effectively profit from the operation. If your card's rental price is high these factors will not be as relevant but will also impact your final rental profit. By understanding this you will be able to design your strategies and profit from the rentals, overcoming the barriers of the fees.
It is very important to be aware of all the news and updates so that you can anticipate and plan new investment strategies as the updates are revealed. I'm looking forward to Town Hall that this feature will arrive next week along with the new listing fees, so if you don't want to be paying fees after each renewal putting your cards up for rent for an entire season will be a great way to go!
Let's wait for these updates to arrive and see what impacts this will have on the market, I believe the result will be very positive and will add a lot to the Quality of Life of players who will not have to deal with the constant cancellation of cards, because let's face it, this is extremely annoying. Sobre as habilidades, achei um nerf muitoo grande nas habilidades com life leech, a maioria das cartas com life leech na minha opinião deixaram de ser uteis principalmente se estiverem nas ligas baixas com menos de 3 de dano! Já o dispel era necessario já que agora ele tinha recebido um grande buff nas ultimas atualizações.
Não sei muito o que pensar ainda sobre a taxa de aluguel, sei que é necessaria pra diminuir a qtdde de transações, mas acredito que a longo prazo essa mudança vai mudar todo o ecossistema de alugueis tornando inviável para quem quer lucrar jogar alugando, já que o lucro já é pequeno atualmente na maioria das ligas! Pode ser que com o aluguel de temporada eu esteja errado e as coisas fiquem até melhores, realmente não sei o que pensar entao apenas vou esperar pra ver :)

Eu também achei um nerf muito forte pois considerava esse o melhor motivo para utilizar Life Leech. Sobre a taxa de aluguel eu acho necessário e que será positivo pois isso trará mais previsibilidade e constancia nos alugueis. Depois do update da Peakmonsters estava insuportável alugar cartas pois a cada 2 dias elas eram canceladas por causa da atualização automática nos preços e você tinha que ir atrás de novas cartas de novo.
Isso não será um problema para as cartas de maior custo então acredito que não impacte negativamente.
