Wowzer, that looks like a lot of work - but it seems to be paying off, slowly :-) I hope the saplings all make it, they look stunning as grown plants.
About business owners lying - we have that a lot here. "It'll arrive tomorrow" or "next week." It's a real pain, and I generally ditch providers very quickly who do that. It's on both sides, though. I also have a lot of people coming to ask a lot of questions about my products, and then they say "I'll be right back" or "I'll walk around and come back." Guess what - they never do. And I never understood why they do that. Instead of just saying "Thank you very much!" But yeah, humans. Weird folks they are.
