This is a totally awesome informational post, and I had a friend down the street from me that grew 6 above ground pepper gardens, and had a variety as his wife was from Mexico and loved hot peppers. I almost went after his house when he moved from there, hehehehe. I had a guy that I worked with that ate one of the hotter peppers on a dare, and they had to take him to the hospital because he couldn't breathe lol.
