What a brilliant day with all those yellow flowers and the garden just humming along. A puff to celebrate. It's great to know how you determine the sex of the plant. How long does it take before the pistils appear and you can determine the sex?

Thank you @litguru.
It's always nice to enjoy a good toke with the plants while admiring their mystique.
The dominant Sativa traits in these genetics usually show sex at 4-5 weeks. The males (pollen sacks) usually around 4 weeks and the females (the pistils) usually around 5 weeks.
Determining the sex is quite easy with cannabis. Pollen sacks (male plants) are pretty unmistakable with a ball/spade shape sacks, and they do not shoot pistils. The wispy pistils are a female trait only and produce the desired buds.
Currently at 54 days of vegetation and will probably be at about day 80ish when I induce flowering, and flowering will probably take about another 8 weeks lol.
It looks like it requires some patience and diligence to grow plants, but the results are so satisfying. Sativa is my favorite because it perks me up. :)
