ANTES de hoy, caminé hacia la oficina desde que me fui hace un mes, después del trágico incidente que no había estado allí, y hoy me sorprendió lo que vi.
Bien, soy panadero, recibí esta oferta de trabajo alrededor de enero de este año, pero desafortunadamente fui atacado uno de los días en mi camino al trabajo, esto me llevó y pasé casi dos semanas en el hospital, me dieron un descanso, para regresar cuando esté lo suficientemente bien.
Entonces, cuando entré en la oficina hoy, me sorprendió la transformación que vi en tan poco tiempo, un mes y pocas semanas y es como si estuviera en un lugar nuevo,
Mi director se había reorganizado y, por lo tanto, organizé todo el espacio de trabajo que trajo nuevos equipos y máquinas, me impresionó, Me quedé allí deambulando por todos mis ojos por todo el lugar y pensé que señora, usted es realmente tan innovadora como estas cosas. Inicialmente, como pastelero, todo se hacía manualmente, excepto mi mezclador de pan, mi espacio de trabajo era el diezmo y todo estaba tan desorganizado que esto me hizo muy estresante.

Antes de ahora, mientras era uno, vendrían más pedidos y tuve que abandonarlo para atender rápidamente al más urgente, pero ahora sería más fácil más rápido y más eficiente producir más y satisfacer las demandas de los clientes
AUMENTO DE LA PRODUCCIÓN Y SATISFACCIÓN DEL CLIENTE
con los nuevos equipos y máquinas se incrementará en el número de productos producidos, los clientes estarán satisfechos
El fracaso es una opción, por lo que el éxito es la diferencia en la determinación
APLICANDO LA INNOVACIÓN CREATIVA EN SU NEGOCIO
En este punto, debería poder distinguir entre el acto de creatividad e innovación en el crecimiento de su negocio, lo que creo que está en el negocio, todos quieren crecer, expandirse, obtener más ventas, pero carecen de la voluntad de comprometerse con ese efecto, la creatividad es innovadora y viceversa, pero debe ser capaz de distinguir entre estos dos al no seguir lo que hacen los demás, o al seguir la tendencia como todos los demás,
Debe sentarse y observar lo que más necesita su negocio, cuáles son las variables clave del crecimiento y comprometerse a tomar su decisión.
La mayoría de las veces culpamos al gobierno y a otros por nuestro propio fracaso en los negocios, pero mientras tanto en esa misma economía la gente todavía está haciendo el mismo negocio y floreciendo, no es mágico, es la innovación creativa, adaptando su negocio para satisfacer la demanda de sus clientes y creando cada canal que lo haga posible
EARLIER today i took a walk to the office since I left off a month ago, after the tragic incident I hadn't been there, and so today I was surprise at what I saw.
Okay so I'm a baker, I happened to get this job offer around January this year, but unfortunately I was attacked one of the days on my way to work, this took me off and I spent almost two weeks in the hospital, I was given a break off duty, to return when I'm well enough.
So when I stepped into the office today, I was shocked at the transformation I saw in such a short period of time, a month and few weeks and it's like I'm in a new place,
My director had rearranged and so organise the entire work space brought in new equipment and machines, I was wowed, I stood there roaming my eyes around the whole place and I was like ma'am you're really so innovative like these things Really will make work so easy...
Initially as a pastry chef everything was done manually except for my bread-dou mixer, my work space was tithe and everything was so disorganised, this made working for me very stressfull.
I had to manually mix the pastry dough, with my rolling pin roll out close to 200 pieces of pastry products and then fillings before baking, this was very hectic and stressfull, and so when I saw the new machine she bought I was just smiling all through cause I know what's in there for me....where finally I can breath.

Okay she brought in a DOUGH SHEETER- this is a machine that roll out pastry dough to the desired thickness that you want and with it i can cover up lots and lots of orders that usually come in, and also gives me ample time to produce other products fast
Here's what this implies
INCREASED SALES AND REVENUE
today when I stepped into the lobby area the crowd of customers I saw waiting to be attended to made me think, not that the sales rep are not active but the influx of customers was higher than I knew, with that you know it's a big cash in for the company
AMPLE TIME TO PRODUCE MORE
Before now while I was one one products more orders would come in and I had to either abandon that to quickly attend to the most urgent one, but now it's would be easier faster and more efficient to produce more and meet up customers demands
INCREASE IN PRODUCTION AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
with the new equipment and machines there will be increased in the number of products produced, customers will be satisfied
Failure is an option so is success the difference is in determination
APPLYING CREATIVE INNOVATION IN YOUR BUSINESS
At this point you should be able to distinguish between the act of creativity and innovation in growing your business, what I think is in business everyone wants to grow expand gain more sale more, but they lack the williness to make a commitment to that effect, creativity is being innovative and vice versa, but you must be able to distinguish between these two by not following what others do, or going with the trend like every body else,
You've got to seat back and observe what your business needs the most what are the key variables of growth and make a commitment to effect your decision.
Most times we blame the government, and others for our own failure in business but meanwhile in that same economy people are still doing that Same business and flourishing, it's not magic, it's Creative innovativeness, tailoring your business to suit the demand of your customers and creating every channel that would make that possible

Hi @eminentsam48, I do not know exactly what happened to you, what kept you hospitalized and resting for so many weeks, I am very glad that you have come out of the whole situation well, that you are already incorporated to that job that you enjoy so much and where every day you learn more and you get stronger in knowledge and experience.
The assessment you make of the new team and its great significance to improve the products they make is excellent, reinvest in your venture, improve processes and be updated with new equipment is a sure way to grow with good footing.

Hola @eminentsam48, no sé exactamente qué te pasó, que te mantuvo hospitalizado y en reposo por tantas semanas, me alegra mucho que hayas salido con bien de toda la situación, que ya estés incorporado a ese trabajo que disfrutas tanto y donde cada día aprendes más y te fortaleces en conocimientos y experiencia.
La valoración que haces del nuevo equipo y su gran significación para mejorar los productos que realizan es excelente, reinvertir en tu emprendimiento, mejorar procesos y estar actualizado con nuevos equipos es una manera segura de crecer con buen pie.

I was attacked by armed robbers on my way to work, I lost my phone and other valuables, in the process my left wrist was cut so bad with a machete such that my tendons were servely damaged, I had to be hospitalalized and operated on for two weeks,
I'm glad to be back, my wounds are healing pretty fast...thanks for caring appreciate
