Well, I can I say I have been involved in many distributive cases, and I have left the table and no deal have been reached. No body got nothing, no piece of cake for anybody.
Everybody return home with empty hands... to many times.
I draw my line, if the other party asks beyond that line, no negotiation is possible. No winner, all loosers...

I think if all the parts go to the negotiaton table open to possibilities, something wil happen for sure. If they go closed to other ideas, nothing will happen.

If you are strong enough to impose your position, or too weak to defend your position, why would you go to negotiate?
