Saludos a todos amigos emprendedores, espero que se encuentren muy bien.
El amigo @emiliorios, nos ofrece en su nueva publicación una herramienta que nos servirá para conocernos y reconocernos. Es un test que él mismo ha creado para ayudarnos a evaluar el nivel de motivación con el que contamos para llevar a cabo ese proyecto que nos ronda y que nos hace sentir que debemos comenzar.
Así como lo menciona @emiliorios en su post, existen diferentes factores que afectan de una forma u otra nuestra motivación. Factores internos como los miedos al fracaso, o la sensación de no merecimiento y factores externos como la economía en general o el interés que pueda tener el público en lo que ofreces o que ofrecerás.
Entonces para reconocer y conocer en qué punto me encuentro motivacionalmente, realizaré el test al que nos invita el amigo @emiliorios:

Análisis de mis resultados:
Basándome en las explicaciones de @emiliorios, puedo observar que definitivamente es la economía uno de los factores que más impulsa mi motivación. Es bastante obvio que aumentar mis ingresos es prioritario para mí y que las actividades que realice estarán enfocadas en generar más dinero.
Es bastante importante reconocer y que sea reconocido por todos el desarrollo y el cumplimiento de metas, además del éxito de nuestro proyecto y para eso voy dando valor a cada paso o escalón que vamos sumando a medida que avanzamos.
Me alegra observar que cuento con tiempo suficiente para dedicarle a mi emprendimiento y eso me ayuda en todo lo que quiero seguir avanzando. También es satisfactorio reconocer que mi interacción con el público en general es educada, agradable y de calidad, sumando además que la promoción de nuestras actividades en Panchitas Burgers, está bien definida, ya que, nos preocupamos por hacer de nuestra publicidad algo interactivo y que se promociona en diferentes medios. Aún nos falta quizás aprovechar el recurso de la radio, es una meta y para allá vamos.
El horario recreacional es sumamente importante, por eso no coloco en el test el número 5 ya que eso significaría que no es prioritario cuando sí lo es, a menos que haya entendido mal el ítem. Por supuesto que es importante cumplir con los horarios laborales y tener muy bien establecidos los momentos de trabajo y los momentos de esparcimiento. Para que estemos plenamente enfocados en nuestro emprendimiento también es de suma importancia mantenernos sanos, libres de estrés y con una actitud 100% positiva.
Hay algo fundamental en lo que debemos estar claros a la hora de iniciar un emprendimiento y es que nos guste lo que vamos a realizar. Si nos estamos dando el regalo de empezar un proyecto que nos genere ganancias económicas y queremos que sea por mucho tiempo, es importante elegir algo que nos guste hacer... Si odias la cocina no emprendas en un restaurante, si te aterran los gusanitos y no le tienes mucho amor a las plantas, entonces no emprendas en un vivero y así sucesivamente.
Me fascina cocinar y experimentar con los sabores, bueno y además de eso adoro comer ja,ja,ja,ja entonces disfruto mucho ideando recetas para nuestras hamburguesas. Me gusta preparar diferentes salsas y aderezos, adobar y preparar la carne de las hamburguesas con un delicioso sazón y aromas que enamoran y hacen agua la boca. Disfruto al máximo la cara de felicidad de cada cliente al probar nuestros productos y sus halagos y felicitaciones me llenan de mucha dicha. Entonces tengo muy claro lo que quiero desarrollar y lo que me hace sentir feliz.

In his new publication, our friend @emiliorios, offers us a tool that will help us to know and recognize ourselves. It is a test that he himself has created to help us evaluate the level of motivation we have to carry out that project that we feel we need to start.
In my case I have been 3 years since I started with my husband and Panchitas Burgers, an enterprise selling fast food, especially hamburgers and hot dogs. Of course we have and are motivated, however, I would like to evaluate to what extent we are still motivated and if it is possible to motivate ourselves more.
Just as @emiliorios mentions in his post, there are different factors that affect in one way or another our motivation. Internal factors such as fears of failure, or the feeling of not deserving and external factors such as the economy in general or the interest that the public may have in what you offer or will offer.

Analysis of my results:
Based on @emiliorios' explanations, I can see that it's definitely the economy that is one of the biggest drivers of my motivation. It's pretty obvious that increasing my income is a priority for me and that the activities I do will be focused on generating more money.
It is quite important to recognize and be recognized by all the development and achievement of goals, in addition to the success of our project and for that I am giving value to each step or step that we are adding as we move forward.
I am happy to see that I have enough time to dedicate to my project and that helps me in everything I want to keep moving forward. It is also satisfying to recognize that my interaction with the general public is polite, pleasant and of quality, adding that the promotion of our activities in Panchitas Burgers is well defined, since we care about making our advertising something interactive and that is promoted in different media. We still need to take advantage of the radio resource, it is a goal and that is where we are going.
Recreational time is extremely important, that's why I don't put number 5 in the test because that would mean that it is not a priority when it is, unless I misunderstood the item. Of course it is important to comply with work schedules and to have very well established work and leisure times. In order for us to be fully focused on our entrepreneurship it is also of utmost importance to stay healthy, stress-free and with a 100% positive attitude.
There is something fundamental that we must be clear about when starting a business and that is that we like what we are going to do. If we are giving ourselves the gift of starting a project that generates economic profits and we want it to be for a long time, it is important to choose something that we like doing... If you hate cooking don't start a restaurant, if you are terrified of worms and you don't love plants, then don't start a nursery and so on.
I love cooking and experimenting with flavors, well besides that I love to eat ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha so I really enjoy coming up with recipes for our hamburgers. I like to prepare different sauces and dressings, marinate and prepare the meat of the burgers with a delicious seasoning and aromas that make you fall in love and make your mouth water. I enjoy to the fullest the happy face of each customer when they taste our products and their compliments and congratulations fill me with joy. So I have very clear what I want to develop and what makes me feel happy.
