What to do when plans were not realize? When its hard to decide what do, when life has become uncertain? I am supposed to travel home, a 6 hour ferry ride from here but I didn't.
Time to recharge my spirit and go where the strength 🙏 is renewed. After having the laundry 🧺, I had decided to trim few inches of hair just to make it lighter.
Then the thoughts came, I had to make the best of these off days and lots of rest because I needed it.
I literally prayed and asked God where to go after that quick hir fix.
I went to the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño. Rode the bus, and taking it easy on the road. It was a full bus and was unbothered with the traffic. It took us ling to arrive. Attended the anticipated mass at six pm. Had a pilgrimage to the Sto. Niño image and have more time to pray and be at peace.
It is not much crowded as always experienced in going here. I mean it was Novenas time when I came here so naturally the Basilica was full.
I wondered and stopped for the Mass. Went for the candle lighting after to conclude the pilgrim for that day. Exited the Holy Place with lots of hope in me.
I am grateful because no matter what, I have a place to run into when feeling unsure to what's next. If the burdens are too heavy. This is where to go. Maybe, these is what I needed for now not to sail away. Choosing myself and my pace.
