Hello guys, it's really double time to manage everything. I have night actual training at the Panabo Slaughter house for 4 hours per night until dawn. It's not easy to kill the cow. You must have the strong determination of doing it. I want to show how it does but I have still the respect to animal. I can't share the video but I visualize how make it. One of the trainee's is a gay, he cried when the Trainor butch the cow. It was really a touching moment hitting the head of the cow to death. They were 30 heads per night and for two night I saw 60 cows being butch.

There are 3 brave women in our group and we are composed of 12 heads in one session.
I got home and slept well. I need to wake up early for my kids to school. But before getting ready I fed Patotoy.
It's only me and Patotoy at home. All are working out of the city.
I have video on what we were doing with the cow but I can't show this in public. There are so many classification and different steps. The segregation of the meat and part of the cow's body. I feel interesting and this learning is not boring. But I accepted that I closed my eyes the first killing of the cow. They are like human, they have life. But we know that God made them to feed the people.

I am one of those people that eats beef and other animals but really would prefer to not be involved in or even see the process. That's a level of bravery that I do not possess!
So scary but sometimes if this will give opportunity to have better job, this is one of the option.
It's all part of the job, but I think it really takes a lot of guts.
