Let's set aside of my current health condition for awhile, we can always give excuse for blood pressure later as we all know, high blood pressure can also be caused by work stress. Since release stress is one of the major concern, we decided to came to Port Dickson for a short family trip.

Let's put up a fast forward button, to skip off all the even more stressful traffic jam and super crowded beach. We head out for dinner at the seafood restaurant and this is where Google bring us.

It was a big surprise immediately on the first dish. It's a simple broccoli 🥦 dish, simmer with 3 different type of mushrooms. It's extremely healthy and I don't see oil on the dish. The sauce is a reduced version of mushroom soup if you must compare it with western style.

The Chinese wok fried omelette with onion is yet another classic dish. The way they fried this bring the texture to a just nice level. Slightly harder than scrambled eggs, less solid then a boiled egg.

Here comes the cholesterol devil. We also getting out self a plate of deep fried calamari. Technically, we all call it fried squid. If you're from the west coming in for a Chinese dish, forget about the term "calamari", or it will get you no where.

With the kids around, sweet & sour dish is an unavoidable recipe. We ordered a plate of sweet & sout pork, usually this came with capsicums 🫑 tomatoes 🍅 pineapples 🍍 and onion 🧅. We Xed all that since the kids are not a big fan of it. I know I know, not the right thing to do, kids must have vege, come on this is a short vacation, we will deal with that later.

Followed by the heaviest dish of the evening. Carb fried vermicelli. Technically, it's nothing much more than a fried vermicelli with bean sprout, meshed up with a huge crab. We know this is going to cost us a bomb, but still, this is a vacation. Might as well just do it!

Overall, food is great. Portion are huge, despite I have specifically ordered small portion, but 5 dishes for 3 adult and 1 teenage boy seems a little overkill. I will have to risk my blood pressure to get these done.

The bill came to RM197 and I am not surprise for the amount of food we shared and the taste is surprisingly well. If I ever come back here, I think I will stick to the meatless options despite this is a seafood restaurant 😂

Stressed is the cause of not only high blood pressure but according to my doctor all the sickness. Stress is our number one enemy and much as possible we should avoid stress. Those foods looks so yummy and for me what makes me stress if no yummy food in the table.

Good day. They are well and they love sweet and sour. My youngest child does not like sour food. Indeed, children nowadays really do not like vegetables, but sometimes you have to force them until they learn and get used to eating vegetables.
