Yes all of what is going on right now is unfortunate. The local animal rescue here in DaNang basically has the same story that you are talking about and I do what I can to help them. Have you heard of Paws for Compassion? They seem to be quite active here in DaNang.

    I have heard of Paws for Compassion and spoke to them on a somewhat regular basis before the lockdown. We hope to do some sort of joint project once borders open back up again. I hope you help them out if you have time, they are good people.
