In Vietnam, Women's Day is celebrated on October 20th. It is a day to celebrate the achievements of women and to promote gender equality. There are also often special deals and discounts available to women on this day.
It is customary for men to buy flowers for their loved ones on Women's Day. This is a special day to celebrate the feminine energy in the world and to show your appreciation for the special women in your life. Whether it's your mother, your sister, your girlfriend, or your wife, you should make sure to buy her a beautiful bouquet to show her how much you care.
That brings me to my post for today.
After working for the morning, I was heading to visit the lady I am dating, and... I would dare not show up without some flowers (Or else I may not be here to type this post today). BECAUSE... only A foolhardy man would be the one who would eschew bringing his lady flowers on her special day. A day that is meant to be commemorated and celebrated with all of the joys that go along with it. What kind of man would be so foolish as not to bring his lady flowers on her special day? One who does not understand the value of making his lady feel special, cherished and loved. That is the kind of man who would not bring his lady flowers on her special day. I am only, sometimes, that foolhardy, but NOT TODAY; I am the fool!
While waiting for the vendor to finish up a bouquet for another (guy), who was also getting flowers for a lover, I opted to pick some digital flowers for you all in this post.
In today's busy world, it's easy to forget to stop and smell the flowers. But taking the time to enjoy the beauty of nature can be very rewarding. And what better way to enjoy the flowers than to take pictures of them?

The floor was littered with the clippings from the roses sold in a rush in the morning time. The air was thick with the scent of roses, and the petals were strewn about like confetti. It was a beautiful sight, but it was also a reminder of the fleeting nature of beauty.

I am not sure what they were.. but they did look present.
The not too busy, but busy flower shop... I sometimes think they are charging me more.. but I am not sure.
In the flower shop, a little street kitten looks all cute. It's grey fur is matted and its eyes are big and sad. It meows plaintively, as if asking for help.
All the colors of the shop, it was nice to experience... but DAMMMMMMMMM Why is it talking so long to get my flowers made up... :/

They had a lot of it.. but not a lot of it sold... so perhaps not a good fortune?
Anyways... after what felt like an hour's wait (more like 10 min), they got to my order, and I scampered off to make someone's day with a lovely flower gift.
The moral of the story is that it is always nice to do something thoughtful for someone else. Something as simple as buying flowers and making them smile can brighten their day and make them feel appreciated. It is a small act of kindness that can make a big difference in someone’s life.

Hi @joelibra lol, yes, I do enjoy flowers. They are very artistic and interesting. I ponder often if aliens from other planets would also enjoy looking at flowers, or if only humans do. I hope we can discover that answer one day.
