Food for family, cooked by my wife with the chemical free vegetables I plant in my home garden part 85

in ASEAN HIVE COMMUNITY4 months ago

Hello everyone. It's time for our food again. What vegetables are there in the home garden that my wife can harvest to cook? Let's go. A few days ago, she harvested the green chili spur peppers as an ingredient for stir-fried pumpkin with minced pork. But this time, she harvested green chili spur peppers to make Northern thai green chilli dip (Nam prik num). She also harvests coriander, culantro, lemon grass and spring onion in the home garden as ingredients for Northern thai green chilli dip (Nam prik num) too.

There are only 2 green eggplants in the home garden that have just produced their first time and can now be harvested. So she harvested green eggplants and green brinjals to cook stir-fried green eggplant and green brinjal with minced pork. Additionally, basil in the home garden is also used as an ingredient in this menu.

Pandanus from the home garden, the wife harvests it to mix with sticky rice to add aroma to the sticky rice.

It's time to enjoy the food my wife cooked. Take a look and enjoy. 😋 The first dish is stir-fried green eggplant and green brinjal with minced pork. This time she used ingredients :

  1. green eggplant
  2. green brinjal
  3. minced pork
  4. shrimp paste
  5. chili pepper
  6. garlic
  7. vegetable oil

Pound shrimp paste, chili pepper and garlic. Then stir-fried them with vegetable oil until cooked and fragrant.

Put the minced pork in the pan and stir-fry until the pork is cooked.

Put the cut green eggplant and cut green brinjal in a pan, then put little water to the pan and stir-fry until the green eggplant and green brinjal is cooked.

Put the basil in the pan and stir fry for a while, turn off the gas stove.

Done, stir-fried green eggplant and green brinjal with minced pork.

Second dish : Northern thai green chilli dip (Nam prik num). Ingredients include green chili spur pepper, pork, garlic, shallots, shrimp paste, ice and pork flavour seasoning powder.

Roast the garlic, green chili spur pepper and shallots in a pan until cooked.

Boil the minced pork in a pot with lemongrass and shrimp paste until the minced pork is cooked.

Then pound all the ingredients together. And season with fish sauce and pork flavor seasoning powder.

Done, Northern thai green chilli dip (Nam prik num).

All of our foods that my wife cooked.
