Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. At first my wife and I had no plans for today. After breakfast, we started by sending our son and granddaughter to school. Then we go home. But yesterday evening I bought soil to plant vegetables in plastic baskets. I tried planting celery in a plastic basket for the first time. I have plant celery twice. But I planted them in the ground. So I wanted to try planting them in plastic baskets. My granddaughter and I planted celery together yesterday. I have many old plastic baskets that I bought last year and ordered celery seeds from an online store. Let's start planting celery.
In addition to planting celery, we also plant flowering white cabbage in plastic baskets for the first time.
Today although I did not plan to plant vegetables. But I had some free time, so I planted several kinds of vegetables in the soil at my home garden. Such as Chinese convolvulus, Green pak choy, Cucumber and Kale. But the most difficult vegetable to plant this time is Chinese convolvulus. They also take a long time to plant too. I had to use a stick to make small holes in the soil to plant chinese convolvulus. And more than 100 of their seeds were used for this planting.
Finally our food for today. My wife cooked the simple food using vegetables from the home garden as usual. She cooked rice topped with stir-fried minced pork and basil. The vegetables she harvested from the garden for this dish were basil, winged beans, long beans and chilies.
