Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Today my family and I are living simple and peaceful lifestyle in the countryside. In my free time, I grow chemical free vegetables in my home garden to eat. There are many kinds of vegetables in my home garden. And my wife picks vegetables in the home garden to cook for the family. She always cooks simple food. I have several Japanese cucumbers in my home garden, Although this is my first time growing Japanese cucumbers, And my wife has already used them as an ingredient in cooking for the second time. This post is a simple food using Japanese cucumber as an ingredient that my wife cooked. This dish is stir-fried Japanese cucumber, carrot and mushroom with egg. It is my son and granddaughter's favorite food. And my wife cooked this dish for the kids. There were only Japanese cucumbers that she had picked in the home garden as ingredients for this dish. And we bought the other ingredients from the supermarket in Lotus.
There is no recipe for this dish in this post. It is cooked the same as for stir-fried cucumber with eggs. The only difference is the ingredients of Japanese cucumber and cucumber and the other ingredients such as carrots and mushrooms. How to cook and seasoning the same.
