Hello everyone.😊 Yesterday it rained again. After it hadn't rained for many days. So this morning the weather in my district is cool. This morning's temperature is about 17°C. For this temperature, some people in ASEAN should feel cold such as my son. My son (autistic child) feels cold. Even though the boy cannot communicate with me and my wife. But I see my son shivering from the cold today. So my wife put the boy in a long-sleeved T-shirt and trousers. But for me and wife, we felt cool with the temperature. We wear short-sleeved t-shirts and shorts.
Additionally, this morning. In addition to the cool, the atmosphere around my home is foggy. The first foggy for this year in our district. I walked around the home garden for a while to see and enjoy the atmosphere around the home.
Then this morning, I took care of the vegetables and fruits in the home garden. This week I had to spray biological fertilizer on the vegetables and fruits in the home garden too.
Today I mixed liquid bio-fertilizer with photosynthetic bacteria and trichoderma harzianum. To spray on the vegetables and fruits that I plant in the home garden.
The garden around my house doesn't have a lot of space. So I used only 2 liter foggy spray for this time. But mix it in the foggy spray several times to spray.
If the vegetables and fruits in the longan orchard. Which has a very wide area I will use a 20 liter foggy spray to spray.
When finished spraying liquid bio-fertilizer. I walked around the home garden again. I saw many insects including bees, butterflies and dragonflies. But I was only able to photograph a dragonfly on a guava tree. Many bees and butterflies flew and fled from me. They wouldn't let me take pictures of them.
Also, I want to show off some vegetables I just planted a few weeks ago too. I read some information online and was interested in asparagus. So I ordered some asparagus seeds online a few weeks ago and tried growing them in many plastic basket. And now the asparagus has grown into a seedling.
It's time for food for today. Today I'm sharing lunch of family that my wife cooked from vegetables I plant in the garden again. Today's menu is Tom Yam Kai (hot and sour chicken clear soup), Fried fish balls, Crispy fried chicken liver.
Before sharing the wife's cooking. Take a look, the vegetables that my wife harvested as ingredients for Tom Yam Kai (hot and sour chicken clear soup) first. What vegetables did my wife harvest in the home garden? Let's go.
The first vegetable is turmeric.
The second vegetable is galangal.
The third vegetable is kaffir lime leaves.
The fourth vegetable is spring onions.
The fifth vegetable is lemongrass.
The sixth vegetable is culantro.
The seventh vegetable is coriander.
These are all the vegetables that the wife harvests for Tom Yam Kai (hot and sour chicken clear soup).
First menu : Tom Yam Kai (hot and sour chicken clear soup).
Ingredients for Tom Yam Kai (hot and sour chicken clear soup).
- chicken
- chicken giblets
- galangal
- turmeric
- kaffir lime leaves
- spring onion
- culantro
- coriander
- small tomatoes
- chili pepper
- shrimp paste
- seasoning sauce
- lemon
- pork flavour seasoning powder
- grey oyster mushroom
- cayenne pepper
How to cook Tom Yam Kai (hot and sour chicken clear soup).
Step 1 : Boil water in a pot. Then put shrimp paste, galangal, turmeric, lemongrass in a pot and boil until the water boils.
Step 2 : When the water is boiling, put the chicken and chicken giblets in a pot and boil until the chicken and chicken giblets are cooked.
Step 3 : Put the grey oyster mushroom, kaffir lime leaves and shallots in the pot and boil until cooked.
Step 4 : Put the small tomatoes in the pot and boil for a while.
Step 5 : Put the pounded chili pepper in the pot.
Step 6 : Put cut culantro and cut coriander to the pot.
Step 7 : Put the cayenne pepper in the pot and stir.
Step 8 : Put the lemon in the pot and stir, boil for a while and turn off the gas stove.
Done, Tom Yam Kai (hot and sour chicken clear soup).

Well here it is foggy too and sometimes 5 or 6 times a month. Also the food looks great.
