Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In this post I will take everyone to a local market in Mae Ai District. It is the largest market in the district. This month my family and I go to Mae Ai District often. It is the northernmost district of Chiang Mai Province and it is next to our district. And there are many tourist attractions. There are many local markets too. On this trip, my wife and I went to relax at the largest local market. But we have to send our son and granddaughter to school first. Then we went to Mae Ai District and the market.
I took friends to see the atmosphere of our journey this time. We traveled on the main road (Highway 107). The sky is overcast but it is not raining and cool.
We were lucky that it hadn't rained yet when we arrived at the market. We walked around the market to see the shops and products in this market first. This local market has both local Thai and ethnic groups, just like the markets in my district. There are many products. Mostly selling clothes.

This time this market didn't have the products we wanted, so we just bought some food for breakfast and ate it in our car. We enjoyed walking around this market. So we eat breakfast in the late morning, which is later than every time. These are our breakfast.
The local market is open only on Thursdays, It is located near the Mae Ai District Office, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. If you have a chance to visit this district on Thursday, I recommend this market.

Whoa, different stalls of everything! My fav part is the food stalls. There's really a lot to see in there ha. Everyone can enjoy looking around there, explore every stalls and maybe buy some things too. When we visit a market like this we usually just stroll and check the stalls then buy foods ✨💃
Looks like a really laid back morning. Walking around the market with your wife, checking out the stalls, and ending it with breakfast in the car sounds like a simple but really nice way to start the day :)
