Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Yesterday was Loy Krathong Day in Thailand. Although this year the Loy Krathong festival in Thailand seems quieter than other years. But we have some little activities on this year's Loi Krathong festival. Yesterday morning, the villagers and I cooperate to decorated the tree with paper lanterns and flowers, and also cooperate to make a money tree. To parade these trees from our village to the temple on the Loi Krathong Festival and Yi Peng tradition. But my family and I did not join in the parade this time because my wife and I have to take care of our autistic son at home. Now our son is still irritable and self-harming. But at night, my granddaughter and I light candles and placed them around and inside our home. It is a ceremony of this tradition that the northern people in the country to light candles at night.
After lighting candles around and inside our home, Then we floated a krathong at home. This year we floated a krathong in a water bucket again. It's a krathong that our granddaughter made at school.
Our last activity on Loy Krathong day yesterday, we played the small sparklers together. Our granddaughter really likes playing with small sparklers like this.
Yesterday we were very happy and enjoyed on Loy Krathong day this year. Even though we didn't go to various places on the Loi Krathong festival.
